Nasty, owners are rude and wants to take your receipt tickets on what you did pay and make you pay more for what the price is, owners put their fingers in your face and also denied a service dog! Also terrible roaches and no fire alarms in any rooms. Owners keeps a dog off a leash with a shock collar on

Average stay over 5 nights, very quiet and well lit up at night..! I would recommend a stay here, very close to several rest⁶⁵

My friend had a room there for a week. It's filthy! Roaches everywhere you look. The rooms look like they're from the 70's. They're not clean. And to top it off the front desk lady is racist and rude. My friend had a brand new laptop when she went there. When she left she realized the laptop had been taken out of her box. So she called back and was hung up on repeatedly and asked if she pay money. Don't go to this place. Stole the laptop right out of her box.

great service no cats allowed however dog's are with a small fee they really cleaned this place up new windows and nowhere near as many bugs as before plus led lights and it's right next to wawa and food lion so the food is endless.. the bad reviews were before the major clean up. the showerheads are amazing and worth the price 5/5 would stay again just be alert at all times.

Lose to water. Water pressure good. But if you have even 100 dollars to spare find a better place. Roaches every where. They don’t clean your room. I travel for work and honestly. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Worst motel in the world! My brother worked there doing painting.and he just died in room 119 on May 29th 2023. Donnie. They paid him only $10 a day and gave him the worst room they had. Worked him 7days a week 8 to 10hrs a day with no time off. I went by there and they had already thrown all his things away. I couldn't get anything that he owned, they trashed everything as if he didn't exist. They literally worked him to DEATH!....They also have (Roaches , mice, and BED BUGS)!!!. This is what he told me....

Worst hotel/motel in Chesapeake/Portsmouth. Has a roach 🪳 and bed bug infestation and should be deemed inhabitable. It should be shut down and demolished for reconstruction. The pool has algae and mold in it. The furnishing are torn. Towels are white with brown spots and the mattresses have blood stains and big poop on them. The walls are so dirty the white is fading to beige. This place is a scam.

This place needs to be shut down!!! Bedbugs. Roaches. Fleas. And the lady at the front desk has the most rudest attitude. She doesn’t smile and she has a bad attitude. This place could be amazing with the right management and maintenance. The Patel owners should know way better than to have such a place like this. This is tarnishing there image to the Patel name. I would never recommend this place to anyone. PLEASE STAY AWAY go to another place for jus 20$ more an you will be really happy. Smh STAY FAR AWAY CONDEMNED
