They make a deposit of $250 and make you sign a rental agreement. Which I found okay even though the amount is way too much considering the amenities. A day later after checked out I found a $75 charge from my deposit. I contacted them back immediately asking about the charge and I was informed that I’ve been charged an exit fee. There was no damage and smoking in that room but they charge their guests an exit fee of $75. They have not disclosed this fee in hotels.com or in their rental agreement. I didn’t have a car so I didn’t take the parking placard as well. They should know that it is called “STEALING” if you’re charging your customer an amount which you’ve never disclosed. I have all the documents to get a successful dispute which I’m about to attach for the future guests awareness. I wonder is it worth ruining a business reputation for nothing! I wouldn’t reserve this place in the first place if I knew they charge exit fee upon checking out. Hope the attachments will be helpful for the people considering this place.

This is an inn. Eight rooms on the second floor of a building. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is a good value for the money. In room sink, refrigerators, microwave, dishes, iron and ironing board. Self laundry is available for a fee. It’s one block to Metro Rail. Very convenient.

don’t rent this place you have to wait there for hours and you can’t park there and horrible please nobody answer no security no nothing

It took me a few minutes to figure out what the actual entrance was. The address given is off, it’s in the same building, but under a different address. Check-in is a little different, there is no front desk and the place is unmanned. You go through check-in via email and get a code to enter the building and your unit.|While I was staying there, someone saw me walk up to the building and then proceeded to pound on the front door. I reached out to the number left in the room for emergency both by text and calling, I’m still waiting for someone to answer me. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and them not responding made it worse.|The only good things I can say is the place is clean and seemed maintained and there’s decent internet

This is a great location! Our room #3, studio is ideal for a couple. Very clean, very comfortable, and great service. The ONLY complaint I have, it’s missing a LONG MiRROR in the room. There’s definitely room for it. The small bathroom mirror is unfortunately not big and not long enough!

Pathetic! They offered us early check in at 1:30 and we reached early according to the commitment, but they did not offer us the room even at the scheduled time which was 4. Totally unprofessional behavior as the cleaning professional was inside cleaning the room even after 4pm. When we asked them to give us a refund, they just denied that they talked to us for early check in and mentioned that we can leave the property if we want but they will not give us a compensation or refund. Will never recommend to anyone. So disappointed!

We just loved this place! Extremely clean and organized. Super safe with key code door locks for building and room. Location is perfect at walking distance from nice shopping places, restaurants and grocery markets. We are glad we arranged for parking space on-site. We will be coming back.

Great location. But the door to the street didn't lock. Otherwise, I enjoyed my visit.
