Cheapest place around. I think because they only clean when you leave. Only negative is that the people up stairs control the heat so u can get burnt out or frozen solid but if you talk to the people up stairs or the manager they will take care of you

The place stinks of mildew. Dwaine,the owner, charges a "sales tax" on the security deposit! People who rent here can't afford to fight this blatant fraud. This place and it's owner are the worst kind of slum rip off right here in Gillette Wyoming

Dwayne, the owner, is not only honest, benevolent and always willing to help those in need, he's also very easy on the eyes.

It is amazing I everyway possible. The staff members could use a little bit more hospitality though.

Great place ! They are affordable rates ,dog friendly, quiet and close to the Hospital

Convenient efficiency. Jim, the manager, is very nice and personable

Owners seem to be out there, not very friendly. Insane rules to follow.

I enjoyed the stay here it was very convenient reasonable price.
