A huge palm tree fell on my car during hurricane Ian. Sunset Collision Center was able to take my car right away. They happily updated me along the way and worked with my insurance. When I got my baby back she was like brand new! Absolutely perfect. They know how important it is for people to have their car, they treated me like I was their only customer. I never heard about how busy they were with other cars or if they were short staffed or any of the other excuses you may hear from companies. I feel so much better knowing I can count on them if something else happens to my car!

This is, hands down, the nicest, most professional, kind, caring, patient and friendly business I have run across in YEARS! After my car accident, I was pretty wrecked (pun intended) emotionally, in addition to the damage to my car. A friend referred me to Sunset and I'm so glad she did. They warned me, as did ALL the collision centers, that the estimate could take a couple weeks, and the repairs, up to a couple of months. It's been exactly 19 days, and I just picked up my car from them! The whole process, from them towing my car in for me, to them dealing with the insurance on my behalf, until picking up today, was seamless, thanks to their guidance. Not only does it drive like new, the fact that they detailed it inside and out did not go unnoticed! It definitely came back to me cleaner than when they got it. Like fresh off the lot shiny! Floor mats vacuumed, windows clean, tires shiny. Jason, Theresa and the whole staff were the kindest, friendliest, most comforting folks ever! They understand the trauma of being in an accident, and go above and beyond to help you get through it with no added stress. I told them that I hope I never HAVE to do business with them again, but that's a shame, because they were a pleasure to work with. And as far as I can tell, the car is in back to "like new" condition. New tie rod, tire, wheel, joint assembly, body work and 4 wheel alignment all check out great! I'm so happy and thankful! The right front fender and hood was damaged from a parking lot accident. Sunset Collision made it like new in under 7 days. Excellent work, friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend.
