Sunscape RV Resort - RV park in Casa Grande - 1083 E Sunscape Way #111, USA

I was a work camper at Sunscape from October 2023 through March 1st of 2024. It’s a decent resort but don’t do any side jobs for anyone on their board. I worked on remodeling a shed for a board member and he didn’t pay me for all the hours I worked. I brought this to the attention to the park manager Larry and he didn’t do anything about it. They still owe me $150. Not cool

Really nice resort. We are shopping for a place. Very nice and clean ! Great rental price for lots! Very, very friendly residents! Answered questions and didn't just send us to office !

We rented a lot from private owners, who were great. The park is well managed with very pleasant people. The amenities are nice, and all of our neighbors were nice and friendly. The only issue we found was the water it is very hard. Laundry difficult to get clean and rinsed at park's laundry facilities. But that is how the water is so most lot owners upgrade with water softeners and solve this problem. Will hopefully return, and will recommend to family friends and coworkers.

My first experience @ Sunscapes completely blew me away. I thought it was a few years old but not 30! It is one of the cleanest places I've ever seen for a business. Every single person out of over 1,000 at least, are very friendly and helpful. Too many amenities to ignore and very reasonable on food, prices, rates, propane, clean streets, gated at night. No hooligans here!!!

We have had a wonderful time here. The people are great and there is always something to do.

We stayed here for 3 1/2 months over the winter. A very, very clean & well managed RV Resort. All are full hook-ups, gravels sites with cement patio and sidewalk, streets are paved. The pool is absolutely beautiful (and warm at 86 degrees). 2 awesome & clean laundry rooms. A lot of activities too. I loved the sewing room/ craft room.... so many nice people and clubs to join. It is 55+ Resort and very quiet !!! Some people actually own their lots, as they winter here every year, and a handful of permanent residents too. I will definitely be back for another winter stay. LOVE this place !!

The people are amazing. Friendly park. Very clean. Great place to stay.
