I love SOBO but I went last night and I got a completely different order than what I asked for. It was just a plain chicken sandwich and I asked for beef with a different bun and everything. I was just really disappointed. :(

EDIT: Real mature of whoever runs the SOBO account, rushing into the contents to blame the driver. If you were watching the receipts instead of watching Google Reviews when you should be working then maybe I'd have my food right now.
I tried to order delivery and they gave my order to the wrong person. When my driver got there they refused to remake it. Not a great first experience. I waited an hour and I'm stuck dealing with the delivery app trying to get a refund for food I never got because they gave it away.

Rude workers who automatically assume you’re for DoorDash and the food is for someone else. Like sorry I don’t know seamless is owned by Grubhub dude I just wanted to buy a burger. And then get the bag literally shoved in my face without another word… like not a single ounce of customer service in this food truck at all
