Sunrise Yoga Studio - Yoga studio in Clemmons - 6311-A Stadium Dr, USA

I joined in January and I adore being a member of this studio! There are is a good variety of classes that accommodate students of any level. The instructors are all excellent at guiding you through poses, help you correct/adjust poses and always have an encouraging word/affirmation (they all have a great sense of humor too which I know isn't necessarily relevant but humor is always a big plus in my book) The other students are also kind and open so it makes for a positive/warm environment all around. The studio also gives back to the community in many ways which is also another huge plus to me. I would encourage anyone who is interested in Sunrise Yoga Studio take a class (they usually have an offer for new members, which is what I did). It's easily one of my best decisions this year =)

Sunrise Yoga is a welcoming, inclusive studio for yogis of all levels. The teachers are encouraging and take the time to listen to student needs. I started looking for a yoga studio after retirement. Sunrise was the first on my list. As it turned out, there was no need for me to look elsewhere, as Sunrise was perfect.

I've been practicing for over 10 years, tried other studios. The vibe at Sunrise is unlike any other. Friendly, welcoming, non-competetive. Instructors who make sure you are properly learning the poses so you can grow in your practice, guiding you in a friendly way. I tried to 30 day intro offer and was ready to sign up immediately. I drive 30 minutes one way and it is well worth my time.

Valerie is a pro all the way! Every session is different and provides lovely challenges. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. It is exercise that I actually look forward to and want to attend, rather than it being a chore to attend. We are so lucky to have this outstanding studio in Clemmons!

I was introduced to this studio earlier this summer for a class which I am still taking. However, since then, I decided to sign up for a monthly membership so I can take more classes and I am so happy I did. All of the instructors are great and friendly, I have enjoyed every class I’ve taken and I’ve fallen in love with the practice of yoga. If you are curious about yoga, this is the perfect studio to learn about it and practice it in.

This studio is a wonderful place to practice: it's accommodating to beginners and advanced yogis. The community atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. They take yoga seriously here, but not themselves.

Sunrise Yoga Studio is the best yoga studio around! If you are really interested in learning yoga, this is the place for you. The instructors are engaging and knowledgeable and the studio owner, Valerie, is amazing. Her level of knowledge is unmatched in the Winston-Salem area. The fellow students are also great. This is a very friendly, warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Sunrise Yoga has very knowledgeable teachers in a warm & welcoming studio with a variety of classes available for all abilities. And I mean all - beginner to proficient. This is an excellent place to begin, continue, or enrich your practice. 💞
