Jack & Julie, the Indian couple were so good to me & refunded me one night I got my power back on at home earlier than expected after a huge City crippling storm that knocked out 200k oppd customers power. Not to mention its very hot & humid. I work in healthcare & have to travel 30 minutes from home & here. They were very understanding. My bed was clean & very comfortable. Tv I barely watched do to my work schedule. Shower felt great each time.|Wifi did not work but consider the storm.||The only very upsetting issue was the guy who works here for them. He was very unprofessional, rude, looking unsanitary.|He yelled at me more than once. |The washer & dryer are nice. |He told me that he saved my life, however I was alive & talking to him. The dryer tripped the circuit because, unknown to me, & hence no sign up on the wall, i.e. communication, saying, do not use timed dryer, more than 30 minutes. Unsure of the other settings because he did not know.|He has a physical deficit of some kind & 3 green teeth. I hope he has learned, you can still be non condescending & not rude to folks, especially me. I get needing, to be an octopus after 35 yrs of healthcare. |He needs to not work here or any customer service.|||Aside from that man, Jack & Julie are wonderful & so was the house keeper from Glenwood.

Well don't run out of toilet paper after 11a.m that's right I said a.m. Apparently your suppose to wipe on the floor. The old toothless inbred little man downstairs in office had his pants down doing God knows what and he was very upset that I needed toilet paper at 10p.m. However he did pull his pants up and get me a roll after a 5 minute lecture about housekeeping takes care of such things. Very very unprofessional, I really can't believe that this place is in business. I will be taking them to court soon to get the remainder of my money back. They made us leave 4 days early without refund of money already paid. But was willing to give us back a 50 dollar deposit. If you have a pet they charged us a 70 dollar deposit twice for our dog. So that deposit should have been returned as well. There towels are stained a nasty yellow color there's bugs in the rooms a/c heating did not work. I could go on but I'm done. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

This was the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. I didn’t get checked in until 30 minutes later, walked upstairs to my room which smelled like straight MARIJUANA and CIGARETTES!!! Even though there is a no smoking policy. Once I got into my room people started walking up and down the hallways trying to break into my room several times. I am scared for my life as I write this, absolutely ridiculous.

Book a room through Expedia and paid for said room. When we arrived the guy behind the counter who was a bald white man tried to charge me a second time for the room and when I said I already paid and went to show him he got all pissy and told me to get out he was not giving me the room. He was filled with attitude because according to him we didn't call saying we were checking in after 9 pm, umm we made the reservation at 10 pm so why accept my reservation only to deny me the room and try to double charged me? Also the guy behind counter tried telling me he was the owner yet once I got cops out there another guy who is Indian guy showed up saying he was the owner. Stay away from this place they're nothing but thieves, and honestly the old bald guy that works at overnight gives off serious chimo vibes

i would never recommend this hotel, booked on expedia for $120+tax and there was a hold placed on my card. upon arrival the place looks creepy and completely rundown, when we went to check in the couple working the desk took my name and told me itll be 200 plus tax a night and i said no i already booked and a hold was placed on my card, they claimed it was their last room and the world series was going on so i couldnt get the expedia rate although it was already booked, after arguing to get my money back they all of a sudden found my reservation receipt with the expedia price and still wanted me to stay we refused, also when asked what my name was (its chanel) she called me shaniya and said theres no reservation and i corrected her on the name and she rolled her eyes and purposely pronounced it "channel" in a rude tone, they wanted us to stay for the original price we booked after arguing but we refused to stay after the way that exchange went.

I was waiting to give this business a review hoping they would give us our deposit back like they said they would. After reaching out to them numerous times, we still haven't received anything. We stayed there around Labor Day weekend 2023 and it was very sketchy when we drove up. Most of the windows to the hotel were open and it was very warm in there. We had to close the window to our room and turn the air on and wait for it to cool off. The guy at the front desk made me very uncomfortable. We had stayed there Labor Day weekend 2022 with no issues. Sad to see it go downhill within a year. We won't be coming back.

Was the only place we could get under $350/night on a busy weekend in Omaha. See photos of grime, disrepair, dead beetle. Back entry door unlocked, no door chain in room: we would not have stayed if there had not been a deadbolt. Dirty & poor condition. Strong cigarette smoke odor. No breakfast (which we would not have dreamt of eating after we saw the room anyway!) I should have known when the check-in paperwork said "no refunds after 10 minutes of check-in time."|| The only positive in this stay was the front desk personnel. The evening clerk was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, even though he chided us for arriving after 10 p.m. in spite of the 24/7 staffing. The morning clerk was large & muscular, polite, friendly, and parted with "come back and stay with us again!" I'm guessing this muscular fellow would have helped stand between us and disaster.

I booked online through trulosity and when I arrived the dates were changed and I was told I would have to pay 20$ more because they couldn't give same discount the room sucks there's no channels to watch a huge DEAD cricket was next to toilet the towels were yellow no cups no ice I was givin a grocery bag with ice no shampoo or soap no napkins in the holder by sink I have a disabled daughter who is 20 and we just became homeless and honestly i would feel more comfortable on the street then in here. He told us just to go yelling at us because she was afraid to walk up the stairs. I do not recommend this place to anyone
