Picked it because of the value and expected to “get what we paid for” and was pleasantly surprised! The rooms are very clean, modern and well kept. You can tell that care and attention is put into keeping the whole property maintained. Shower was lovely + water pressure phenomenal, walk in with safety bars. The service was excellent too! We checked in after hours & the attendant was prompt & understanding of our predicament.
Great spot if you need a simple place to stay while visiting the Space Center. Will stay again next time, too!! 😀
The king size bed room with a kitchen that I stayed in was nice and clean, and recently remodeled. Service at the desk was pleasant and the location was convenient for my trip. Having a stove was great as I was able to save money by not eating out.
Basic but affordable, beds were fine. Lady who checked us in was very nice and quick. Good wifi. Good location if you’re not from the area. Room smelled like cigarettes but I guess we got a fair warning when she asked us to not smoke in the room (we are not smokers). No problem getting extra pillows for the stay. Overall not a bad place at all for a night or 2 night stay.

Our new go to lodging in Titusville area. & check out many local restaurants and the Mad Utter was a 5/5 ice cream shop! Viewed the Launch from a park 5 minute walk away ... fantastic location.
Positive: As visitors sailors to the US, we needed somewhere within walking distance to the boatyard as we had no transport. The motel met our needs. Hotel employee was very welcoming when we checked in. The room was basic but clean. Negative: We would have.liked a kettle and cups and cutlery but as we brought our own it was no hardship. Positive: Convenient location, walking distance to everything I need, restaurants, night life, fishing piers. The updated room 142, with kitchenette, exceeded my expectations (considering the price and the existing ratings). The staffs are courteous and polite. Negative: Parking is a little overcrowded. Each spot is also a bit too small. Some knuckle head took 2 spots to park his truck in the front of my room. The bathroom smelled bad because the bottom of the shower curtain takes too long to dry. Still jet lagged and disappointed by a failed rocket launch, we checked in yesterday. The room was immaculate. The check-in and out staff were extremely friendly and offered us all sorts of advice on what to do in the area. I would recommend this hotel highly.
Very basic but clean and serviceable budget motel. Our room did not have a closet or hooks, but did have a little fridge/freezer and microwave. Well located. Beds were finer. Bathroom had a decent shower.

A nice wine n beer bar with many selections and friendly staff and locals. Great stop off point to view rocket launches! Public parking nearby. The tapas are very good! The Titusville playhouse is only 2 blocks away and a short walking distance.
