I should have taken a picture of the “parking lot”. There could not have been even one person parked there who was not blasted out of their mind on drugs. Unless your reason for being there is to get hardcore drugs, there is absolutely no reason to go. If your life ever takes you in such a horrible direction that you end up at Sunrise Cottages, you better have a gun and you better be willing to use it.

Horrible. Place is a dump.Cockroaches everywhere clinging to all your things. Even the bed. No air . Shower never worked right. Handyman was useless couldn't fix anything. Often came back back from days work and could tell Someone had gone through my stuff. Left asap meth heads were long term neighborr.

Worst place in denver. Hell on Federal Blvd. Yes its cheapest place in town but its not even worth the 35 bucks a night. Managers are nothing but drama. Will do whatever they can to set you up so they can lock you out of your room and keep your stuff. Place is falling aprt should have been torn down years ago. Stay away from this place if you value your sanity!

I recently had the experience of meeting the nice and curious folks Dawn & Eric. Even though they didn't have a vacancy at the time. They were very polite.

Dawn and Eric are great owners they have always done the best they can for people, but still have to pay there bills. . With everything else going up they've had to raise prices as well

Who's the owner here does anyone know? Someone told me it was Scott Ritter while another told me it's a guy named luis.i need to speak to whoever it is about a issue I'm having to deal with an need help with.

found out this place is absolutely not a good polace to stay if looking for comfort as it is only a tweaker haven landlord and tenants are not right at all landlord let someone enter my room through a broken window because they were family of ours not cool without oryor authorization from tenants of allowably entry

every time I call they never have vacancy. the guy at front desk always sound grumpy.
