Sunrise Casablanca - Bar & grill in Las Vegas - 6320 E Charleston Blvd, USA

Bar service was good... but the food service was not. Our waitress/cook didn't act all enthusiastic or eager to please, and this was apparent from the start. Food was good but not as good as in the past. Update your website when I looked it was the old menu with "out of stock" on all items... not the same menu when you get there.

So I've been to Monty's inside the the Casablanca a couple times. This is my third time and the previous two times the food was amazing the service was exemplary. I don't know who's there right now. No I don't know if it's because I place my order over the phone in the last two times I actually went in to place my order. All orders were to take out. I heard of the mac and cheese with the burnt briskets ends. And medium garlic parmesan wings. Today is Fri March 10 and my order was placed in at about 3:39. The only reason I'm seeing that as maybe you need to talk to whoever the cook was working at that first they told me they don't have burdens which I was fine with. So they gave me brisket but I just seen the pictures it was just disappointing. I also ordered like I said wings garlic parmesan with medium hot sauce. There was no hot sauce it's like whoever was making the food or taking the order to not pay. Still going to try it again. Seems like I said the previous two times food was great. So one bad experience had a 3 is that enough for me to not go but I hope the next time I go I have a better or at least the same as the previous two times. The wings are so blessed that I ended up putting barbecue sauce when I got home and that's what's in the pictures

monti's food was GREAT, monti's is no longer there, opening up across town, now on 8410 W Desert Inn Rd, Las Vegas, Nevada 89117, DI & DURANGO, opening soon, NEW NAME: THE SPOT. if you don't know them you need to check them out, you will not be disappointed!! top quality ingredients, the best and freshest available. trust me, you need to try them out. i can't wait for them to open!!!!

Today I came to the christmas party. The LOVE, the gratefulness from the owners to the customers was fenominal he gave out great gifts as giving back most places do nothing. Staff super friendly and professional during a very busy time, I will never stop coming here. I left a piece of my heart here. Thank you from a2 very happy customers

Had a great 1st time experience from the clean parking lot to the food and the friendly customer service. Music was really good , not too loud to where you can't have a conversation,but loud enough to sing along. Zach was super attentive and had great customer service.

Changed ownership and name. I went there for a specific item listed on the online menu, and when I arrived, I was informed of a change of ownership, establishment name, and menu. so, I wasted almost ½ of my day in an effort to get my desired breakfast due to the lack of updates and incorrect business information listed on Google maps.

This review is long overdue. I have been a patron of this establishment for over fifteen years. During this span of time, I've shared many good times with the most hospitable staff and customers. There is now a comfortable area to lounge in outside; this area includes cornhole, fire pits and television. Shannon greets me when I come in the establishment with a drink and a smile. She is fantastic and brings laughter to all!

I rarely get the opportunity, ran thru, although,the Sunrise Casablanca is a place I would choose. They say they are not connected to the Casablanca I. Mesquite, another choice ov mein. TheSunrise has great food and prices are reasonable, great pool tables, and the gaming along with the bartenders are very pleasant. With all respect R MARSHALL MORTON H
