We have stayed here at least 10 times. The most recent time our fridge was not working when we arrived, it was taken care of right away. They drop off needed items i.e. toilet paper, soap etc...as long as you put in a request before noon. They are very friendly and the rooms are clean! I have read a lot of bad reviews but it is what it is, it is an older property and it is cozy, I will keep coming!
It was very convenient to everything. The room was very clean and kitchen well appointed. The only thing I would request would be a handrail up the stairs to the kitchen and bedroom, as I am partially disabled and need something to hold onto going up and down stairs. Maybe a clock somewhere besides on the micro or stove, as I don't carry my phone around 24/7.
We have stayed here the last two years on vacation. We really love it, always clean and comfy. We have enjoyed walking our dogs around behind the cabin.
Overall great place to stay. 6 of us stayed in #17. Beds were comfortable, kitchen area worked for us and an overall good place to stay. The outside of the buildings are becoming a bit worn but it worked for us.
Great location located just down from main Street and right outside the national park entrance. Would stay here again. Love the little cabins and the guest support was excellent.
10/10 would recommend Sunny Side Knoll! Rooms were very clean and nice. Even the hot tub was kept up extremely well. Great customer service. 100% will be back!
We stayed here for a few nights while visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and it was great! The rooms are a bit on the older side but everything was clean. The bed was also very comfortable! The area is pretty quiet and it's within a short driving distance to both park entrances. And the price was a lot cheaper than the surrounding hotels which was nice!
Terrible stay in the summer time. They have no ac, and after a long hot day outside and you can't even come back to the room you pay almost $300 a night to stay In and cool down. Ceiling fan is about to shake off the ceiling. Half of the fixtures are just Jimmy rigged to work. I mean I definitely won't be staying here again and I don't suggest it. I can keep going about other things that are wrong with this place but I won't.

Our family stayed in the Couloir cabin for a few days after Christmas and really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for four adults and two dogs. Even plenty of closet space to store all our stuff. The private hot tub was great. The decor is a
Trout Haven is a great family excursion. My kids talk about it all year. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not your cheapest trout dinner by lb, but well worth the memories.
You canât ask for a better location, barely a mile from our room to one of the visitor centers of The Rocky Mountain National Park. The room was super clean, jacuzzi, kitchen, linens, floors, bathroom, all were spotless. Bed was medium to soft, wor

Another of the beautiful overlooks of the Trail ridge rd. This one looks at the valley that is between the trail ridge rd and the fall river road to which the fall river flows from the receding glaciers of the RMNP. Has a slightly larger parking lot
Phenomenal view on a clear day. Quiet windy as should be expected, so protect your hats from flying away. Keep eyes open for mountain goats and elks. Last time we had a coyote jump in front of our car in pursuit of prey. The road up to this overlook
This resort is by far my favorite place I have ever stayed in Estes Park, the location is far enough away from everyone else to feel tucked away but still be close enough to town. The service is phenomenal, every little detail truly matters to them a
One of the most peaceful and serene places here at RMNP.
If you want to take a breather from the Bear Lake crowd stop in for a few and decompress...
The view of Longs Peak is nice too
