Beautiful place to spend the day. BBQ and fishing with the family. Clean and plenty parking lot. Have few grill spots. Some family was playing kickball and having fun. Great place.
We were on a getaway and wanted to enjoy the lake, so we drove around and found this spot. Absolutely lovely and peaceful. It was a beautiful day and the area was clean. Would definitely go back to relax, again.
We wanted to go to Johnny Jack's lake. But it's closed for repairs. And the West point beach is also closed still. So we went here. It was nice except for a group letting their dog run without a leash. And letting their kids go unattended. And the water was a little chilly until you got used to it. But I love swimming. So I went swimming all day. The water was a little low, so I had to go pretty far to get deep enough. Plus I like going as far as I can. Those little things didn't make the day less wonderful 👍
Good family place!! Could use some cleaning up from fishermen! Lines and hooks along side the shore area!
Took kids down to this park in Lagrange on Memorial day. not too crowded and very covid friendly. After picnicking, the boys and I got in that water which turned to red clay after stirring in it a while. It was like a good ole Southern baptism! There was no entry fee and restrooms were nearby. Definitely will come back again!

Nice spot! We'll definitely return! We even had the beach area to ourselves when we arrived this afternoon. The grounds were clean. The bathrooms were also clean and stocked. Our only issue was the stalls in the ladies room didn't have locks and doors won't close. Overall a good spot for the family! 😊👍🏊☀️🎣🦆🏝️
This is my favorite place to go to visit West Point Lake! They have clean restrooms and lots of parking. There is a boat ramp and also private public picnic tables with lots of room to explore the area and close parking spots.. also in the winter time, when the water level is low, you can see parts of an old road that used to go across the lake. You can walk out on and it looks like you're walking on water!
Kick back and relax at this park. We visited recently and grilled out and did some fishing with our dog and we have a really great and relaxing time. Perfect place to grill/picnic, take a walk, sit and watch the sunset, or throw in a line. Pet and ki
West Point Lake is a great family ðª location to BBQ, play on a man made beach, enjoy the sun and air.... fish, and watch the many boats pass by. Update July 2022: Great place again to visit, relax, enjoy family ðª and friends time together... pl
We loved our tour of Bellevue Manor. It was fun and insightful. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and told us of other places to visit while in La Grange.
Go here now! Delicious! Exceptional Ribs and sweet mustard sauce, and baked beans! Very good fried okra, crispy lemon pepper wings. Kids had a hot dog and tenders. Casual order at the counter place. Will definitely return any time weâre in LaGrange
Wild Leap came up on my Goggle search, and I had to check it out when in the area. Great selection of local and imported beers plus cocktails, slushies, and so much more. Food trucks are there on Saturday to purchase food, and I'm not sure during
Awesome venue for a baby shower! What a great experience:) Tina was so great to work with and the staff during the shower were so nice, helpful, and constantly asking what we might need. Plenty of space for our 25!
Had a nice lunch today after the storms. Curry soup, tomato basil soup and half a grilled cheese. Comfort food- check. Will continue to work Our way thru the menu.

The chicken is hot fresh and even though it is fried it is not greasy. It does not have a ton of breading on it. First time eating here. If I lived in the city I would eat here every day. Really really good. Highly recommended
