My friend , her husband and 2 children, rent a nice 2 bedroom trailer with a deck for around $950. It seemed fine when I visited. Everyones yards were neat and clean. She was very grateful to get it because they were going thru some rough times and no one would give them a break on their background check. These folks did. That says something. I never even knew the place was there, it's so private.
Asked the manager for anything that says I was staying there during hurricane Ian so I could give it to FEMA and she basically told me to screw off
Put in applications for a place and the lady was very rude when I called to ask about them. And whenever my husband or I try to call they never answer the phone.
Unit was dirty when I started renting the toilet fill broke had to fix it myself after a two weeks i had 100% clean when I left manager was rude saying the unit wasn't clean before she even left her office to inspect it called after said it was clean and still never got my deposit back even called the main office never got a response they are crooks
