1 night hotel stay with dinner at Foundry Grill and a massage at their spa. The cabins were very nice, but the service could've been better. It took over 45 minutes to check in, as we had to wait for a bell man to take us to our cabin. When we arrived at our our cabin the light by the door was off (had to use cell phone lights to see), and our key didn't work initially. In addition, we were told the bell man could wait to drive us to the restaurant we had dinner reservations at after dropping our bags off, only to be told later by the bell man that he could not do this. Needless to say, we were late to our dinner reservation. The waitress and food at the Foundry Grill was good. However, we were squeezed into a small room with two other parties. To put into perspective, you couldn't get into your chair without the other party moving first. Not the experience we expected for a $60 per plate meal. The message therapists and receptionist were great at the spa. However, once again it felt like they were unprepared to receive us. Overall, the resort has unique facilities, nice staff, but feels like it is unorganized.

My wife and I honeymooned here and came back yearly for our anniversary. We have been married 30 years now. We love the Mandan cottage suite as there is some privacy and a kitchenette. The first few years were spectacular. Service was great and the care and attention to detailed comfort was spot on. The reservation came with Sunday brunch which was spectacular! Then a price change came about pushing us to go elsewhere. Then another price change brought us back. But sadly the service lacked and the changes that were made to dining and services were bothersome. Had to call several times to ask for more fire wood as they would not bring enough each time they arrived. The room would come with a basket of goodies and some beverages but unbeknownst to us if used you paid a healthy sum upon checking out. I guess they make a nice decoration. Then a price change again, forcing us out. The last stay was a gift from our children pooling their monies to give their parents a nice anniversary. Haven’t been able to stay for many years now. It saddens us that we cannot go back and enjoy the cabin every year. Is it too much to ask to make it affordable?

Where to even begin…we came to Sundance for our honeymoon 2 days after our wedding and boy did it surpass our already high expectations. Everything from our suite to the service from the second we arrived was beyond amazing! We stayed in a river run mountain suite which was a perfect walking distance to the slopes as well as all the restaurants and the general store. Our massages at the Spa were some of the best we’ve had and our therapists were so sweet - in fact everyone at the resort that we had the pleasure of interacting with was so kind. It was the best 5 days after the best day of our lives and we cannot wait to come back!!! Thank you for your amazing hospitality and for making our trip so special. If you’re considering coming to Sundance for a romantic getaway, do it!

Hotel staff was great and very helpful. Restaurants were delicious. The lift was amazing loved the view from the top. The spa for our mother was so worth the extra $300.00 she loved it. Only concern was for paying $756.00 for one night in our cabin we had a few concerns. 1. The toilet in our cabin was not secured to the floor creating a slip when you where seated. The maintenance member was prompt to come when we called however ended up being there till 11pm. 2. The fridge was leaking water on the top that needed to be cleaned by us. 3. The kitchen when arriving all the dishes where in the dish washer instead of put away for us. 4. Not to big of a deal but the TV was out. Guess this part is why we go to the great out doors.

This was a very nice ski resort. I wish the snow had cooperated more. I would visit this location again if time permits. I enjoyed the location where I stayed in. I really enjoyed short walks to the lifts, eating locations, and parking. The fire pit was perfect on cold days. I would not miss this ski location. No question. I would recommend visiting this location. Sundance is a bucket list lto visit. The staff was friendly in the restaurants and purchasing lift tickets.

1 Star for parking. Got up at 10:30 on a Saturday and the lot was Already full. Tried to go to the upper lot where we saw many many many cars come down and wasn’t aloud because they said it was full. Come on Sundance. Love skiing there but please give us better parking options.

Went for Halloween lift ride - so fun and the spooky staff members were all amazing and added so much to our festivities with personal touches and good energy. We barely noticed how cold it was with all the fun we were having. A yearly tradition for sure.

Such an awesome place. It was my first time there and the impression it left on me was better than I hoped for. The people were the best part. Respectful, fun, & polite. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I give a strong 5 stars! Highly recommended
