Truckers, truckers, truckers. Ok, we went from balance masters to you after the boss shop switch brands. We used ur products on 6x trucks 8x trailers only to have them fail about 3-4 years later. N of ofcourse, no warranty. Its a known issue. Ur product will crack around the studs. It has happened on all the ones that failed. Same issue, no warranty. We r going back to Centromatics.

Tried their wheel balancers on a Ford super duty. The tires would not stay balanced. they Will not honor their quote "6-month unconditional money back guarantee"

These guys know $h!t about tire sizes for Mercedes Sprinters, but still selling balancers for these cars. People in CA don't know how to do honest business.

My experience with this business has been horrible, I made my purchase of three drive shaft balancer, made the payment through the web side $360 + paid overnight delivery of $102.92 total = 462.92 and the person in charge of making the order sent the package by Fedex Ground and until now I have not received received the extra money they charged me for overnight shipping ,,,I have to make the report to the pertinent channels so that they investigate this problem, having in my possession two receipts charging different amounts for merchandise and for shipping... the first receipt has the Name of Balancer Master and the second receipt with Sun-Tech Innovation
