I love love love this location! I’ve been a couple times now. Just got my first spray tan and I think her name was Kaylee she was so excited to help me and didn’t seem to mind walking me through the steps. Thanks for a great experience

I will never return there the Highlands location shows favoritism to regular customer. Example, went to a scheduled appointment. At time of visit I purchased a package deal and had to sign in and wait purchase the deal to get in the fastest bed and then another customer came in after me and signed in and was given the bed that I had been assigned when it came about at which point I brought this to the sales Clerks attention she then put me in another bed and said it was clean when I got back there that had not been clean I went up front and inform them of that at which point they proceeded to follow me to the back let me clean the band out myself I had the door shut knocked on the door yelling my name telling me to get out of the bed I would point that out because the most are not allowed clean the bed I was thrown out in the shop was never refunded my money and when I call the 1-800 number for Shirley my friends with you that has yet to
The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't want. The beds are well maintained and the shop is nice and clean.
Very clean establishment with great beds. They're a bit expensive but the best option for quality.
Love the spa equipment, always the best customer service.

This store has up to date and new beds! I think I'll start going to this store as often as possible! The ladies are friendly and willing to help anytime I needed something. They do an excellent job of keeping the store fresh and clean! Way to go! Awesome experience! Thank you!
