Sun Tan City - Tanning salon in Knoxville - 10917 Parkside Dr, USA

I have gone here several years. The staff changes periodically as salons of any kind tend to do but the staff this past summer are the best yet. Everyone was nice, some especially nice, just precious girls. The salon is clean, I always felt welcome no matter how busy they were. The beds are always in working order. It was a great summer at the Turkey Creek store. I believe if you are looking for a comfortable place to relax and get a tan, this is the place for you!

This is the rating for Turkeycreek parkside Dr. Knoxville TN they have always been so great! Everything! Always a enjoyable experience! Unlike a couple experiences at another location I went to most just because of it being close! But it is worth going a little further to the Knoxville location!

Came in to tan, Markeita was the most helpful. She educated me on the spa equipment and I must say it was a win for me! They are amazing here

The staff at the turkey creek sun tan city are the sweetest and most helpful! They will walk you through exactly what’s right for you based upon upcoming events, trips, etc. recommend going here!!

My experience with Sun Tan City earned them one star. The manager explained one plan and charged me for a higher plan. I was told to sign 3 times on the pad. When I inquired what I was signing, I was told required forms. I wasn’t given copies of these forms. Very unprofessional! My bank account was charged twice! I went in the store and requested one payment be refunded. No such luck! The plan and charges changed again! When I reminded her what she told me my plan was she would change the subject and ask a question off topic. My time is more valuable that to deal with unprofessional and dishonest people at Sun Tan City Parkside in Turkey Creek!

Employees were super friendly and welcoming. I gave a 3 star and I still feel that was generous for the reason one of the employees said my membership had been cancelled and I still got charged the following month. After calling customer service they wouldn't refund my cash bank to may account but said I'd get a gift card with no expiration in 2 weeks which I am still waiting on. Plus I had to make a special trip to get the membership actually cancelled. Instant beds were great. I couldn't tell any difference with the reddening beds. That's the only 2 types of beds I used.

I’ve been tanning here for years. This location is clean and the staff is always friendly. The sunless tanning booths are great too!

I’ve literally been going here for 11 years specifically the Turkey Creek location. Today I was refused to let tan because I didn’t have my scan card, Instagram, Facebook, or ID. I do not take my wallet in with me to tan. I just take my tan bag and I did not have my keys on me today, I rode with a friend. Never have I ever been refused to tan. They literally ask you your birthday after you tell them your name. And they have your ID on file. Super pissed are waste of time to drive out here and make time to go relax. Just to be denied for some thing that I pay good money for. Will not be returning to the Turkey Creek location. Then get mocked at as I walked out. I would prefer to make the extra drive an go to the Bearden location, where I am more than welcomed. Yes, I could’ve walked out an grabbed my wallet. I’d rather not have to walk all the back in just to prove it’s me trying to tan. There’s multiple things on file, including address. That I feel like would have worked. Like how is a Instagram or Facebook going to prove my ID… Felt like I deserved better treatment. Especially since I’ve been a customer at this exact location for over a decade.
