Seriously love coming here the girls are so sweet and helpful. Mikaela & Sam helped me the times I came and are so educated on their products it makes it such an easy in and out process.

This review is for Allie. Best employee at this facility. She is thoughtful, she explains everything really well, and she is very attentive. I cannot say that about all employees at this facility but I will give you five stars just because of her work ethic. I hope her manager sees this and acknowledges her as a great employee.

Establishment is beautiful,quality through and through. The young lady behind the desk was well versed and quite Pleasant.... with that being said the amount charged was not at all reflected what I was told I was paying for or getting.. with today's inflation I like to be fully aware of what I'm getting and what I'm paying for not shocked when I'm told and taking a tour of the city that I saw online for a third of the cost I was charged and when I think I'm spending 25 to 30 and my total was $54.75

AMAZING Customer Service!! As a new Client…I was walked through & each different bed was explained. The pricing was also thoroughly explained & is a Great Deal with no pressure at all to buy. They also help guide You through Your experience. Letting You know what bed better suits You & how long You should be in there according to Your skin tone, sensitivity, & the last time You tanned. Also…they had Tanning Lotion for Sensitive Skin which is normally hard to find. I’m SO glad I chose to go here other than somewhere else. Going back 2night for My 2nd session.

I dont believe all rooms are being cleaned like they are suppose to be. Here are some pics of a dirty floor mat inside the standup. Look at the side of the machine. The floor is dark but u can still see thats its not clean. So beware.

As a former STC employee of many years it’s unfortunate to have to share an unpleasant experience. I came in the evening of Friday 6/30/23 to get a spray tan and products I needed. A tanning consultant came to the front and turned me away during operating hours. So I took my money elsewhere and drove 25 minutes out to the Pewaukee location where the salon director there expressed that was not acceptable and happily processed my spray tan. I was relieved to know there are better experiences out there, this isn’t the first unpleasant experience I’ve had at the Falls location.

Love coming to Sun Tan City when I have a trip planned and I want some color! Sam is AMAZING! She has always been incredibly welcoming when I walk through the doors. She is also very knowledgeable and has been there to help me with any questions I have with my account. Thank you!!
