I give this location five stars for the simple fact of its location and family staff.
Their location is ideal for shopping, not to mention the ease of getting in and out of their premises.
I much prefer being able to easily unload my items to take into the room when it comes to checking in, not to mention checking out compared to your big box franchise hotels. In most cases your vehicle is parked only 8 ft from getting out of your vehicle to getting into the room.
I love that!
I also prefer supporting friendly family ownership of businesses compare to your big franchises.
The rooms are very very clean.
The only one downside was mentioned in a previous review from Amy about the hot water.
I stayed there for a week and I have no complaints.
I learned that you need to let the hot water run for a few minutes before jumping in.
That's my recommendation to you should you ever stay there.
Long story short, this is the only place that I will stay when I'm there visiting.
Not fancy but very clean! Served our needs for 1 nite. Office lady very nice! Residents very friendly. Very quiet too. Only a mile from Silver Springs & many restaurants! If you're on a budget this place works. Small family business that doesn't pretend to be anything else.
Positive: It was close to where we were visiting. Easy in and out. And had cable tv. Negative: There was no hot water to take a shower. No free breakfast. The place looked like it hasn¿t been updated or repaired in many years. The staff was somewhat friendly but they didn¿t open the front until late. Pool looks like it has been out of commission Negative: ""
Would not give any stars due to the fact they called us 30 minutes before arrival, after a 6 hour drive, to cancel because they were out of water. Would be ok but now they won’t give our money back for the room they canceled us out of! The nerve!
I was sitting out front of the rooms and a person in the room next to me comes out yelling at me saying im a scumbag keep in mind idek the dude, i did not have a pleasent experience, and they never answer the phone. A very bummy area
What did you people expect for 50 bucks. Pools fine and if not u should of somewhere else or filled up your bath and sat down.
Worst place you could ever stay at. Pictures are from a time when the hotel was renovated. Not the real thing. You will find dirt wherever you go. Front desk doesn’t exist. Owners are from India and don’t speak English and they will scream at you and hung up the phone. If you arrive after 11:00 PM good luck finding a new hotel bc the front desk will be closed. The pool is empty and closed. Ice machine has not worked for years. The fabulous continental breakfast pictures that they show in their website is from another universe bc they don’t serve breakfast at all not even coffee.|Hotel has not been maintained for years, everything is rusted and decaying.
Beware do not say at this hotel. The PICTURES on the website and any of the hotel apps are not true this is false advertising this hotel is very rundown, dirty, moldy, and smells. The pool is just a hole in the ground they show breakfast but they do not offer anything. I was lucky I was able to cancel my reservation and get my money back. I was able to go 15 min away and got a nice hotel for a few dollars more than this place with breakfast and a nice pool. Also the lobby looked like the owner was living out of the lobby it smelled bad.

I only went up the oklawaha bye boat to the dam. Heard it was blocked and impassable. Not the case though, beautiful as always. There are definitely some changes and make sure you trim the motor up around the trees because there's a couple of hidden
Kayak rentals where a bit pricey ~($45/$60) and line was long to get shuttle tickets but it is definitely worth it to kayak this river it was gorgeous and see-through the whole 5 mi downstream trip the shuttle cost 15 additional dollars to get back t
The most amazing experiences can be had with friends here. We saw monkeys, manatees, snakes, alligators, birds, and fish in the wild. Yes thatâs right, wild monkeys. Come see them!!! Donât get too close though! Super wonderful place.
