We had a fantastic experience at Sun Harbor Boutique Hotel! Provided everything we needed for our get away! We were able to stop at Publix which is right down the street, and CVS which is 24 hours and a block away for snacks! There is a great beach a walk away- the hotel provides, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella to take with you! There are tons of great restaurants to eat at within walking distance! (Do check Saturday hours- a lot of places might be closed)
We absolutely loved our stay there! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Luis and Vanessa were very helpful and accommodating. The location is excellent and the facilities are very clean. The hotel offers many amenities, including a swimming pool with lounge chairs and outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the fantastic weather.
Competent and friendly reception: I arrived late due to my flight delay, and we were very well received.|The apartment: is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable.|It has complete facilities, such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and other utensils, if you want to have some meals in the apartment (and not have to eat exclusively in restaurants)|The hotel: has its own self-parking, has a nice pool and is one block from the beach.|So, I strongly recommend staying at Sun Harbour Boutique Hotel.

Great location & value. 1 block from 96th St entrance to Surfside walking path, 2 blocks from Bal Harbour Mall , & from lots of little shops & restaurants (including cvs & Starbucks) on Harding Ave. // lovely clean small hotel with air b&b home feeling; with friendly staff. // nice place if you want to stay in bal Harbour but aren’t looking for a high end luxury resort

Excellent Service! Very warm and welcoming. It was our first time at the Hotel but we were greeted and welcomed as we were returning customers and friends. Extremely clean. The manager was gracious and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We were within walking distance of Bal Harbour shops.
Flanigans is something you have to see to believe, it's an oasis of cheap drinks and godlike service in the area.
The deals are insane and you can drink like a fish for a few bucks. I recommend pints of the Joe's pale ale during a 2-7pm special on a
I dove with H2O a couple times and highly recommend them. They are small but extremely good. Especially if you are a more experienced diver and you had enough of the tourist trap dive centers, go with H2O! Tip: Ask for the shark dive.
Great service! The waitress was attentive but not hovering. Very authentic. Delicious food! Seems reasonably priced for the area. Had the rib-eye steak and fettuccine.
