SuMoe’s Fried & Grill - Halal restaurant in Linden - 1200 E St Georges Ave, USA

Checked it out because of the high rating on Google. I got the chopped cheese meal (fries & soda) with a fried Chicken drumstick on the side. Only $12.93 for everything! The chopped cheese was awesome, fully loaded texture and flavor bomb on a toasted Italian roll. It took only about 5 minutes to make. The chicken was seasoned nice and was super juicy on the inside yet golden crispy on the outside. I was stoked to try the fries next because there was enough for a family and golden in color. Sadly they were soggy, not fried nearly as long as they should have been and lacked salt. I ate just a few both with and without ketchup and tossed them. This small trendy looking corner store had a couple display cases with mainly fried chicken and desserts offered as grab-n-go. There were 2 thin tables to stand at and eat if desired and quiet with one chef and one cashier. Friendly staff though with great recommendations.

I recommend this place to all my friends and family really love the way they make fresh food all the time my favorite their new tuna melt . A tuna melt on a pita bread!!! . Also my other favorite item is the chopped cheese the Mac & Chicken burger. When I go there I always end up getting fried chicken they are the best/ fresh

If I could give -100 stars I would. Don't ever buy chicken from this place it is beyond disgusting literally the worst chicken I received from a chicken shack. The chicken was dried up and tasted old. It had a fish smell and taste to the chicken. It really made me not want to eat chicken again. If you in the mood to eat chicken please do not order from this place. IT IS HORRIBLE! I should sue cause my stomach been messed up ever since. Disgusting.

They got to cook they chicken more it still be pink in the inside in this was my first time there

So far I’ve had the chicken with rice platter, mango habanero wings and the chop cheese slider. Everything taste Amazing. The chop cheese slider gets a shout out because of its flavor and texture. The inside of the store is very clean and has a great vibe as you enter. Would definitely recommend and order the chop cheese sliders if I host any work or personal party.

The guy taken the order was nice & food was good . I loved the sauce they make it was so delicious! I gotta come back for more

Food so good! Try to go around during busy times! (Sometimes, slow times not as good.) But, overall- I keep coming back. Their fried chicken almost have a taste for every week. Seasoned well. Including their Whiting Fish & Salad meal. So good. Pizza is pretty good, too. Have tried their halal rice- different, but good. AND, are really nice guys back their. Always friendly. 👍🏾

Best thing about this chicken shack is the buffalo pizza. Love all the guys that works there especially Jason keep up the good work ❤️
