We ordered blue fin tuna combo and kiss of fire roll. The food was excellent. I really like the sashimi that came with the combo. The fish was fresh. Tea came out in a pot, which I preferred. The server was attentive. The only downside was that the k pop music in the background was kinda loud. Overall, we had a great experience here and would recommend you to try this place out.

I have eaten a lot of Sushi, all up and down the west coast. This place is easily on my top 1 or 2 spot. Rolls were HUGE and every bite was delicious to the very last morsel. I will be back! All of the staff was warm, pleasant and inviting. This is my new go-to spot when I get in Western WA again. Can't say enough good about my experience here. Kudos Sumo Sushi!

As soon as I entered, the sushi chefs greeted me along with smiles. I was able to get a table quickly on a dinner night. The service was quick and efficient, I didn't wait long for my otoro and chutoro sashimi (YUM)... my seared scallop and seared salmon rolls arrived soon after! For one person, I paid $80, not counting tax and tip... but I felt it was expected based off of the quality and freshness of the fish. All very tasty and I shall be back for more!

The sushi is good and fresh. I had the Samurai roll as my main entree. It was good, but it seemed a little mushy with the crab. I also had tuna hosomaki and another that I forget now, but it's pictured. Fish was fresh and the roll composition was creative. The crepe dessert was also very enjoyable. I liked the layering a lot. Price was a little high, but not unreasonable.

I'm actually going to say 4.5⭐ due to the floor being sticky. It's not dirty AT ALL, more like they are using the wrong tile cleaner. Our waitress was Awesome! She had the best personality and knew the answer to every question we asked. The sushi was very good. The crepe cake and Japanese Roll were delicious. I'm definitely going to try the recommended rolls next time.

Servers and staff are SO friendly and helpful since they have so many great menu options. Got the superstar roll per their recommendation and it was amazing. Also got a dragon roll and my husband got a 7 piece sushi variety - all SO good. Bought one hand roll and it was good, but not worth $9. Ordered the crepe cake for dessert, it is perfectly light and delicious! The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars is that it is SO expensive. Spent $75 even utilizing the lunch specials.

My favorite sushi 🍣 place! I love the baked salmon and heart attack rolls. Amazing green tea and miso soup as well. By far the best sushi spot in Maple Valley I highly recommend it.
