Excellent stay! Rooms clean, staff very accommodating. We were able to do laundry and get danishes for Breakfast. Walkable to Safeway and some restaurants.

The only good thing to say about this place is the location. Easy in and out. Air conditioning didn't work. The beds felt like you were sleeping on a sheet of drywall. And the desk staff didn't care about the air conditioning not working at all. Not a good place.

If you want a clean, comfortable, friendly budget hotel, this is the one. Absolutely fantastic. Sure, it's dated. If you want fancy, spend more. If you want a great place to spend the night ten minutes from Breckenridge for under $100, this is your spot.

We have stayed here many times. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. This time, we had alot of stuff with us and the gentleman not only put us on the bottom floor but a room near the side door which really helped making it easier to move items from car to the room. Love the inside atmosphere with the wood and the skii cabin type of decor.

This old-school hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and remarkably friendly staff.||The daily maid service is a surprising amenity, while basement hot-tub adds a quirky charm to the setup. ||The highlights? |- Great locations|- Clean rooms|- Complimentary morning coffee is perfectly strong, though I'd recommend skipping the packaged pastries.||Having stayed here and at the big-name hotel across the street, I assure you that tripling your expenses doesn't necessarily mean tripling the enjoyment. ||For friendliness, cleanliness, and comfort, New Summit Inn excels. I'm giving this 3-star hotel an extra star! Would stay here again.

For the price you can't beat this place. It's super clean and the bed is big and comfortable. The room has plenty of space especially if there are 2 of yall. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Friso area.

Looked to be a nice place. When making reservations you don’t receive any kind of confirmation which to be honest with you was a bit uncomfortable. Owners very friendly. The room: Mattresses were very hard. Bathroom light when on the fan goes on with it and is very loud. The simple continental breakfast should be waiting for you in the morning but not there. Room temperature was cold And the troubling part was the sheet had three yellow stains on it. When contacting the owners later about it the reply was ‘sometimes we miss things like that’s I was not sure if the sheets were clean or not. Would not stay here again.

My wife and I spent a night at the Summit Inn between days skiing at Copper Mountain. We had a great time. Staff were friendly, rooms were nice, price was fair, and there was a large hot tub & sauna.
