This place is great.
What makes it so amazing is the people.
The owners are the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
We ended up sitting on the front porch and visiting for quite awhile.
The campground is right off the highway, so it’s easy to get in and out of.
It’s not loud with “highway noise,” so it is peaceful.
Easy on and off the highway. Our site was super level, and great water pressure. The owner was wonderful! They dont have 50 amp, but lent us a double 30amp adapters which worked great. We have 2 a/c's going, microwave, coffee pot..never an issue. Also the location was great with everything near by. We saw reviews about the full timers there, but we talked to a bunch people and everyone seemed really nice. The owner loves what they do and loves our great country...please stop by next time your in town.
Never again will I trust the work provided by this place. I had a furnace replaced and everything was left on and leaking propane, thankful that I don't smoke or I'm sure I would have blown up the travel trailer. But after all the furnace was new 🤦just wasn't installed completely. Better off taking it to camper world than this place.
If you need a quick in and out overnight pull through with full hookups stop here. $40.00. Even though it’s right off I25 it was quiet.
Under no circumstances should you take anything in for repair, I had a furnace replaced, but the connections were left loose and they had left the gas on, maybe purposely maybe not, but either way it was poor service for a repair place. You are better off paying a place like camper world than taking chances with these people.
Tiny, weed filled, unleveled, gravel sites. No water pressure. Site claims to have 50 amp service, but in reality you have to hook up two 30 amp breakers with an adapter. Restrooms are out of date and not user friendly. Lots of junk and old beat-up cars all over the campground. Would recommend finding a different place to stay.
This was the perfect stop on our way between Texas and Colorado. Nestled right off interstate 25, it was a quick in and out for one night stop. Beautiful views, too!
If you have miltary I'd, ask for the rate. It was under $40! There is a gas station in front of the rv park and lots of food options less than a mile away.
Once you're set up, stop up on the porch and get a story from the nice couple who runs the park!
We needed 50 amp, and they were able to accommodate us. They have an rv parts store inside, too, if you need parts!
Hope this helps you if you are looking for a stop. Give us a thumbs up!

First I had electricity stolen. Then an entire black tank of sewage dumped on my front yard. Then a dog attacked us, with medical damage, no repercussions for the owner. Brown water and the interstate is 30 yards away. It's a literal junk yard. So ghetto. Go to KOA instead, if you can.
I left Colorado over the mountains to this very busy campground for 4 nights and added 2 months to my stay. This place was so convenient to go grocery shopping at the small shopping center within easy walking distance. Located in a nice area. Close t
Lovely little coffee shop that I stopped by on the way to Colorado. Excellent coffee, it's smooth and creamy. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere, especially with the mountains to look at outside.
I ordered a pair of boots online. They shipped fast, package well and enclosed a hand written thank you note! Talk about great customer service. They will be my go to from now on.
I would recommend this vet to anyone; they are just wonderful! They treat you with respect and their prices are unbeatable! Would recommend to anyone for any of your dog or cat needs.
Nice trail that is well marked and difficult enough to get a decent workout but nothing crazy. There is an east and west trail each around 1.5 miles and the total is around 3. What is great is that it is only two miles from hwy 25âwe were driving f
Old dude and i lost my phone in a snow storm. Felicia took lots of time and patience (2+hours) to set up my new phone. Very polite. Very professional. She deserves a medal. Its hard because most small towns are indirect distributors for verizon and
Great Place! I have always missed getting to this place during the normal hours. I finally was able to visit TWICE in a few days. Got some great quality items. I was traveling from DFW to COS and so happy to have been able to finally visit and grab s
The pool looked great but I did not come to swim. I was here to shower. I had camped overnight at nearby Sugarite Canyon S.P. Due to water shortage, they had no water at campsites & showerhouse was closed. But the Park Host informed me you could show
Pappaâs Sweet Shop is a must stop! Not only is the staff incredibly kind, the food is AMAZING! Even the pickiest of eaters will find something to love here. From smothered burritos in the best green chili gravy ever to pancakes and cream sodas; Pap
These rooms are pristinely clean, the bed was blessedly comfortable, and the flooring is dog-friendly vinyl laminate. A perfect place to spend the night decompressing from a stressful but wonderful family gathering on our way back home with two dogs
