Summer Breeze Kemah RV Resort - Featured Reviews (70)
Great customer service. Available after hours by text in the event of emergency or need to make business inquiry. Particularly, the bidets are a personal joy when using the bathrooms. Thank you for that feature as its much more hygienic than toilet paper in my opinion. Very attentive management. Clean and well kept. Great pool and large hot tub. Quiet. Dollar General and several mom and pop grocery stores within a mile. Be mindful of severe weather being close to the shore. Conditions can change quickly. The park itself is well kept, clean, and has new washers and dryers that work well through the CSC app prepaid by credit card. The bathrooms are brand new. Most of the park is very new. Management is quick to reach out when any issues come up.
A decent RV park for long-term stays. Relatively close to Kemah, League City and Texas City. There are a few bad apples, but they mostly keep to themselves. The management is very reasonable and easy to work with. They typically address concerns right away. The only issue I had was that the hot tub was out of service for most of my several month stay.
The place is amazing and very clean! The manager is helpful and responds quickly if you have any concerns! Quiet and family oriented RV Park, prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!
Just visited this place to see if I’d like it..the reviews looked good, but they were old. Not sure what’s going on, but the hot tub was cold and filthy. The mote around the place is filled with garbage and looks like a swamp. No way I’d stay here. Something had to have happened.
Moved over here at the beginning of April and we absolutely love it here!! Quiet park, no drama, friendly neighbors, nice pool to cool off and hot tub to relax in. Facilities very well maintained.
Very nice rv resort been here for a few months now and loving everything about it. Pool is nice and clean so is the restrooms and laundry room, if I have any questions management is very helpful responsive and easily to get ahold of. Great affordable rv resort I really recommend visiting. Such a quiet place with friendly neighbors as well
My husband and I recently retired and toured Summer Breeze as a potential destination for our motor home shake down cruise. The facility is clean and well planned. The bath houses are spotless and well appointed. There is some shade as well as all the necessary hook ups. I spoke with manager Christie and she is very friendly and accommodating. The area is supported by Uber and is reasonably close to several restaurants and night spots. We haven't taken our cruise yet but Summer Breeze is our choice when we do.
I've lived here for about a year, it's quite, friendly neighbors, and the office lady Mrs Anna is super nice. The pool is always clean and I would recommend anyone with a RV to stay here.
Spot on at Big Spot! We had driven 3,000 miles across America in our RV and stayed at a lot of places, this was now our final day and we had found the best RV Park of them all. Linda and Marlene were great and really helpful. The whole place was just
San Leon TX has many seafood restaurants, but Topwater Grill is definitely one of the best ones! Their food is always so fresh and flavorful. We canât help but come back for more. They have the best fried platters here!!! You have to give those a t
Iâve been living in San Leon for a few years now and all the locals have mentioned how amazing Gilhooleyâs is! I finally took the time to try it out myself and I was definitely not disappointed. I got the Shrimp Stick dinner option which came wit

I went to eat here a few days ago and got the hamburger special and I was soooo disappointed. My burger was not cooked all the way. The tomatoes were mushy and slimy and the lettuce was old and wilted and had black spots!!! The burger was sliding all
