Bagels are AMAZING here first off. They are steamed so slightly different from how most folks usually eat bagels. But they're REALLY good! The service here is also AMAZING! They are always super down to earth and friendly, they make recommendations of their favorite sandwiches, and they come around and check on their diners. Couldn't ask for more! Usually get the Griswold and it is out of this world! Got their breakfast Bagel this time. Highly recommend this place - great folks to support!!
Thought this place was amazing. But it's another millennial run shop where you can expect to explain that ice goes in a cup, and customers don't work there. I had the "manager on duty" explain that I need to just let them know next time. Look my kids new the ice goes in the cup at 1 year old... and if the manager is leading by this example, I'd rather not.
No complaints here. Classic, hot, and tasty breakfast sandwiches made on the spot to your liking. Staff is very welcoming and quick to assist with anything. Plus there is a cool patio space out back to enjoy if it’s not a 95 degree summer day. I will have to come back to try a lunch sandwich in the near future.
Sully's is one of my first choices when work takes me to Mauldin. I've been to this location several times since they opened and they have not disappointed me yet. Not only are the bagels delicious, the service is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff seem happy to be at work and happy to make you a delicious bagel and that makes lunch time all the better for me.
I would love to see one near Travelers Rest.

I was really disappointed that I couldn't try them out. My friends at work were telling me how good this place is. I'm guessing it is a private eating establishment because there is a sign on the door that states Members only. I guess I'll talk to my friends and see if they can't take me there and try them out. Maybe they do like a visitor pass. I'm sure if the place is good I will become a member. I guess it all depends on how much a membership is too.
First time coming here. The staff is friendly and informative. The food was good and the place was clean. I would recommend giving them a try. You shouldn't be disappointed.
Not like first time i came everything was hot. I brought a friend to try for first time and was not hot. I didn't want to complain. Was frustrating but it was ok. The ladies seemed to be focused more on talking than making hot sandwiches and this sandwich didn't taste like the first one at all...
They always make my sandwich perfect and it’s always hot and fresh. I came here two days straight, and Craig was super kind and helpful. Not sure if he’s the manager or what, but keep him around! Great team & service overall!
