Sully's GastroPub - American restaurant in Idaho Falls - 504 Shoup Ave, USA

To say the Sully's was amazing would be an understatement. From their amazing service to their food, it was all fantastic. The hostess was very warm with her welcome, and we were seated in under 10 minutes. We came during the lunch rush, and the place was pretty full. Our waitress was very personable and was quick to make sure our drinks were refilled and our food was up to quality. And the food.... the flavors complimented each other like nothing I have ever tasted. I tried the "Slap Yo Granny" burger because I love a salty sweet mix. The blueberry compost complimented the blue cheese that complimented the jalapenos that complimented the overall taste of the entire burger. It was like nothing I have ever had. The presentation was beautiful, and the amount of food you got for the price was unbeatable. Side note, if you like Parmesan, I would definitely suggest upgrading to the parm fries 👌 they were to die for. We will definitely be back to try all the other amazing food this awesome place has to offer!

Sharlena and I had lunch together and decided to try the Sully’s Gastro Pub. They open promptly at 11 just so you know. We were greeted warmly by the staff and seated right away. We were surprised at how spacious the area was. There is lots of seating so if you have a big group you would be just fine coming here. They have a pool table and very clean bathrooms. The food was good but the fries were cold and not very good. But it did look like the photos that were online. The presentation of the plates were nice. They have good assortment of beers, local and regional IPA’s. The service was really good she explained the menu and the variety of beer selections. If you’re in the area and want some good food try this place. We will try it again soon.

Was pleasantly surprised to see that they had two pool tables inside. Great little bar back to eat your food and play some pool while you’re waiting. Food is really good. We had the pork bellies, a chicken wrap, and the Sammy with black Russian bread. Sandwiches were great, plenty of meat, the bread was really good and fresh. Fries with both dishes were really good. Prefer thicker fries, but these ones were good. Chicken wrap was good to go, everything seemed fresh. Pork bellies were good, although I prefer them a little crispier, and it would be nice to have a sauce served with it to dip it in. Overall, great little place downtown. Will be back for sure.

What a great addition to the downtown community! The service was top notch, our server Jessica was an absolute delight. Attentive, kind, really top notch! Let's talk about the food. That Samurai burger is something special. It hits all the right notes, tasty burger, perfect balance of sweet, salty, savory, and spicy. The parm fries are soooo good! If you want the BEST Patty melt in the valley, this is the place. Sully's patty melt is so rich, so flavorful, hands down the best patty melt I've had. This is exactly the type of place you go to with your friends and family to have a great meal.

Stopped to have lunch, was seated immediately, and served immediately. My chicken wrap was DELICIOUS. my draft beer was cold and yummy. Try the mango jabanero that isn't on the menu ;) The fries could be cooked longer and more parmesan, but overall, it's delicious. Had a really nice, unexpected chat with the owner. Nice guy! I'll definitely be back.

We happened in to Sully's towards the end of the noon hour on a Saturday. They weren't busy, and the staff was very welcoming. We had the Rueben sandwich and the chicken wrap both with parm fries. The food came out promptly and was fresh and tasty. The chicken was phenomenal, and the quality of the ingredients on the rueben was fantastic as well. We will definitely be back. Update: We went back for dinner this week and were not disappointed. The Sour Hen and the Slap Yo Granny were out of this world. Great job!

Been twice and I need to go back way more. Keep it up! Great food, good drinks, pleasant wait staff and lively crowd. Oh yeah and there’s pool tables.

How did I not know about this place? We kinda just wandered in looking for something new to try. Server was great, fast and attentive. And the food was outstanding, I had the Rachel (their version of a Ruben), and my girlfriend hand the mushroom burger and both we so good. Cesar dressing was delicious. Fries need work, but we’re still flavorful. Plus they have two FREE pool tables. This place is awesome.
