Sullivan's Resort - Resort hotel in Brainerd - 7685 County Rd 127 N, USA

We were at Sullivan’s for 2 weeks. We loved being so close to the lake, great view from our RV site. The grounds were well maintained, the owners were very friendly, and the campground was quiet. The campground is in a great location to all that there is to do as well. We would stay here again.

The location is about the only nice thing about this place. The photos speak for themselves. The owners have really neglected this place. My family has stayed here for years and not one thing has been improved or updated. Things have been broken and the owners haven't fixed a thing. Night one, we got wet wood and couldn't start the fire. The owners response was "well no one else complained about the wet wood" Take our daughter to the swing not noticing how broken it was or how the chain nearly slipped off while pushing her (she's only 8 months) they're lucky nothing happened to her in all honesty or more than a review would have taken place. We had little to no privacy in the cabin (ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT!) look how they rented out a cabin with half the blinds missing!!! You can see inside the cabin very clear! They give you a super busted up fly swatter (yes tons of flys inside the cabin so you should be able to afford a new $1 swatter) cmon.... Not that we wanted to use the indoor fireplace but that was out of order too. Bottom line is they don't fix a thing here and didn't feel safe or have privacy in the least bit. Found a better resort for upcoming years. Please shop around before booking your stay here. Not to mention the owners are far from friendly

Nothing special, they aren't not too ecstatic about their patrons #1, the tv is tiny along with the cable or dish getting little to no reception at all, the beds will have you waking up sore, kids playground needs repair with the infant/childs swing is cracked. Gave a couple stars since the AC was functioning and water and appliances all worked. Oh but no dock space so they want you to tie a boat rental off the dock to a buoy for 5 dollars, and try to ask you to leave the night before your check out, Oofta! Could find a better resort, Lol stay classy Sullivans.

Love this small family resort. Quiet, quaint cabins on beautiful North Long Lake (so clear you can see the bottom 8 ft down). Great for boating, tubing and fishing. We rent a lift for the for the week for our boat. Have a very nice pontoon boat for rental. Indoor pool if the weather isn't cooperating.

I've been going to Sullivans since I was a kid for family vacations. It's so fun being able to bring my own children here to create memories together. The campground is always so clean and well cared for. They have a nice beach and playground along with indoor pool. We love it here.

Beautiful location, the sites are all very generous and beautiful trees throughout.

We come here the same week in June every year for a family vacation. The cabins are very clean and well maintained. The owners and workers are all very accommodating and friendly. The indoor pool and hot tub is great for when the weather isn't so nice. They have a private landing and plenty of dock space for boats. I can't recommend this resort enough!

Rent a boat! The owners are so helpful and personable! They help you get the boat in and out! Cabins are cozy but you don't come for hanging out in the cabin, you come for the beautiful views, fun playground, lake and fun!! Thank you for a wonderful time!!!!
