Absolutely one of the most enjoyable locations I’ve stayed at on the beach. Literally on the beach! Furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Host is very hospitable , friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning soon . What else can I say ,”Zero complaints “.

This is the place if you want to be on the beach. It is right on the sand. Dolphin suite was large , dated with charm. It is stocked with kitchen utensils and a full kitchen. The icebox was in need of defrosting if was fully iced, fully. Views are great ! Close to anything you need. Would stay again.

This place is so beautiful! You are just steps to the beach and they provide chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Steve, the owner, seemed great, and Holly, the manager, was absolutely excellent! Our place was clean and comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you need, along with linens as well. They really do try to provide you with everything. Flagler Beach really is a special sort of beach town with a small town feel. We will definitely be back. Flagler Beach may be our retirement town!

We go there every spring. We have been going for years and we get excited, no matter how many times we visited. My Golden Retriever is as happy as we are. Holly, the manager, goes above and beyond what is expected. Steve, the owner, is also fabulous. We cannot wait until April, 2023 as we will return to our favorite place for 2 weeks. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully. You are right in front of the beach and it is awesome!!

The Suites on South Beach rooms had a very pleasant decor, and were spacious and clean. It had the detail of a solid 3 star hotel. A full frig and make-up area. A tub. Cozy outside sitting area. Great location. Close to beach, restaurants and retail places. 24-Hour video surveillance. The staff was friendly and attentive. My wife and I were very impressed and will stay there again if in the Miami area.

Ok, so here's the deal on Flagler Beach. Any hotel that advertises "Oceanfront" in Flagler is only kind of: since route A1A runs right along the water, you need to cross the street to get to the beach. UNLESS you stay at Suites On the Beach, which is the only property directly on the sand on the other side of the road. Book early because there are only 3 rooms. Truth be told, the beach is good but not great; Flagler has a serious beach erosion issue, and at high tide there will be almost no sand. But still, check out these photos; what a view, and listening to the waves crash is relaxing as heck. The room itself was pretty nice; queen bed only with a folding futon couch for my son; neither were great but we got by. Prices are reasonable, especially for oceanfront!. Flagler is pretty special; no buildings are over 3 stories tall so you feel like you are worlds away from the rest of Florida, but still close to Daytona and St. Augustine. There is a cool looking bar 2 doors down from the Suites; oddly it seemed closed when we were there so not sure of the hours. The owner is sometimes on site but he does have someone caring for the property. He was there during our stay; I caught him catching a siesta on the patio one afternoon. What a life! Sign me up...

We stayed in the Sea Watch suite over Memorial Day. It was so cute and comfortable. We loved being right on the beach. Both entrance doors locked and were secure. The TV was a Roku, so we had access to lots of entertainment. The private upper balcony was amazing. Rusty checked in on us and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the Dolphin Suite, very well decorated for the beach! Totally beachy! The kitchen is well equipped for everything you need to make a meal. The view is wonderful and how nice to walk right out your door onto the beach. Very private and dog friendly. I highly recommend this place if you need a get away and like the beach. The room was clean, and at night to hear the waves as you fall asleep.
