Definitely think twice before staying at this motel. The room was dirty. Dead bugs all over the floor. Room clearly has not been vacuumed recently. I seriously doubted that the sheets had been washed. Walls were dirty, baseboards were gross and the beds were absolutely hard as a rock. I have never felt a firmer bed. Next time I come to town I will drive further to stay at a different motel. I wasn't expecting this room to be fancy for the price but I did expect it to be much cleaner and have a comfortable bed.
Needed a break from a long trip. Looked up motel closest to me and was given this place 5 miles off I40. Can’t recommend enough. It was super clean, quiet and comfortable. Wonderful pressure in shower and very nice hosts there. I’d definitely stop in again when passing thru. Their recommendation for a bite to eat was spot on. Nice little diner a block away.
BEWARE *** Make sure you look at the fine print before reserving a room!! They REFUSE to return your money or help you out in any way for making a reservation change. You can’t even change your stay date! They took my money and then lied and said I would double back and drive two hours to stay there. Not true! I’m sure it would have been a nice place to lay my head, but THIS is bad business!
We stayed for a week for a fishing tournament. Very convenient, we parked the boat right outside the room so we could plug it in to charge. We would definitely stay here again.
My brother lives a couple miles outside of Gore, when I visit from North Carolina I always stay here... clean, quiet and very affordable... I do some work when I travel and the internet works great... and the folks running it are very nice!
Friendly staff, easy check-in, spacious well-equipped room. Beds and pillows very comfy. Bathroom shower pressure was excellent. Little town was decorated nicely for holidays. The area is really safe and beautiful close to i-40 and Tenkiller lake. |Thank you for making us feel at home!
Nice host and very clean rooms! Bathroom and sink smelled like bleach, nice and clean! Bed was comfy too! Quite high off the ground, but fun to climb on to lol. Sheets very clean (I always check thoroughly)! Carpet was older but freshly vacuumed. Great cheap place to stay!
We thought this hotel was great for what we needed and the price was inexpensive. The check -in clerk was quick and helpful. It's a no frills hotel which is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The area was safe and they had restaurants close by. I only gave it a 4, because it was basic. All we needed was basic for an overnight stay with our pup. If we find ourselves back in the area we will definitely stay here again.
