I’ve lived here for 3 years and have always loved living here until the change of management. The new manager and whoever they hire that day to run the office all lack in communication and common respect. The manager never responds unless she needs something from you. Bring Nermina back or at least to train her. Also you want your package?? Be prepared to search through 100’s because the locker system is just there for looks. Do NOT be fooled by the picture of the dog park online lol it has NOT been updated since they built the place. It’s covered in land mines and dirt since the drainage system is non existent and people lack in common respect. On the positive side, I will say the maintenance has always been and will be the best part of this place!
I toured a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with Juanita today and she was very knowledgeable. Her kindness, patience and beautiful spirit was everything. Trying to find a place to stay has been extremely stressful but I m considering Sugarloaf Grove as my new home! Thanks Juanita you are the best!

rent easier for me. The community is beautiful. The apartments are beautiful it’s clean & it’s quiet. Definitely looking forward to living at The Grove.
Juanita was very pleasant upon arrival, she was attentive, knowledgeable of the property and did not hesitate to meet my needs! I instantly felt a sense of community and it’s because she is so warm and welcoming!
leaving this under my friends google account so the leasing office can’t be PETTIER and keep putting warning stickers on my door. i have been living here for about 6 months. never really had issues except the fact that the 3 gates MAYBE work about 3% of the time. about a week ago my leasing office sent me an email about my trash being out before 5pm….. but some of us work from 8am-8pm???? do I just never get my trash taken out? do I get to stop paying for valet trash if I never get to use them? yesterday, I put my trash outside at 8:24pm when I got home. this morning, it was still there. and I got a little note saying that my trash “needed to be in a trash can to avoid stains” but they left the trash????? sitting on the floor??? but they had time to put the note?????? management is absolutely atrocious and maybe instead of being PETTY, you could run a company better. stop picking on the minuscule things and maybe worry about organizing the package room or making sure the gates work before picking on people’s trash schedules. we all work different jobs and hours. it’s not always possible to put the trash out when management wants us to. i’ll be leaving this review on every platform possible so you guys can try to do better. to pick on your tenants like that is honestly sad. you charge so much for rent just to be bullies to your tenants. wonder why the turnover rate is so high here. the place itself is nice. I can hear everything from my upstairs neighbors but it’s a decent place so I gave it an extra star. do better management. it’s sad that I had to post this on my friends account in fear that management would pick on me more if they knew my name.
I viewed the property and the apartment homes are really nice. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. The Manager introduced herself and she was really nice and I would definitely consider this property as my future home. Definitely in the top two choices.
If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. I moved out of the grove in may 2023 expecting my $543 dollar deposit to be returned due to no damages to property. We are currently in December and my money has not been sent to me, every time I call someone tell’s me the manager will reach out to me . In September they told me they sent my check to the apartment I lived in their complex but I had moved out in may. This complex steals and has no compasión for others .
Juanita the leasings consulant was so sweet and pleasant. She showed us multiple apartments, she explained everything and was very professional. I love the atmosphere and environment.

Living here is an amazing experience. Individually Manuel, Felicia, and Liliana have all been a pleasure to work with. Anytime you need assistance, they are here to help. The maintenance team also deserves a round of applause to for their efficiency
The entire process was quick and easy with the help of Alex. The nicest leasing agent I've ever met and he was very attentive. The apartment is clean, modern, and nice. If Alex is the person helping you, you will not regret it. He's amazing!!!!

The coaches are so motivational and helpful. They correct your form on the weight exercises so you don't get hurt but also optimize your efforts, and also encourage you to push yourself. It's also fun to see the splat points accumulate on the board.

This is a very nice theater experience. We saw the Christmas Canteen and it was great. Very talented performers, singers, musicians. I would definitely go again. The theater staff were kind and helpful too. Seems like no bad seats here.
