I got the "special" Stuffed chicken breast with feta cheese, sundried tomatoes and olives. Olives could have been omitted and better served the overall flavor. Topped with a creamy pesto sauce. A side of mashed potatoes and sauteed crispy cooked green beans. Very well made. Just thought the olives were overpowering the otherwise great mix of flavors. The pita bread was fresh and very good. The Caesar Salad was good as well. I prefer a bit more dressing, but it was fine!

Decided to go here for a family dinner. Restaurant is quite intimate. The staff very friendly. We tried a variety of dishes. I really enjoyed the Gyro Salad. Portions large enough for lunch the next day. Will definitely be back.

Excellent food and Gyro Salads. Small & intimate dining area, bar, & a separate back room available for larger parties. Located across from Old Navy. Plenty of shopping available at Trinity Park West. This is also the first place we've been served by AI 🤖 robot. Pretty cool stuff.

The service was friendly and fast. The place was clean.. Did not like Chicken gyro. The coconut shrimp and potato wedges appetizers are delicious. I enjoyed pork tenderloin with rice pilaf. The beef kebob was warm juicy but needed more flavor. Overall food was good but I would not go back because the cost for the food is more then what it should be, I found that the price of appetizers was too much for so little. This type of place you visit for a special occasion when you are in the mood for Mediterranean food with a bar that serves alcoholic beverages. I rate it 4 stars.

Highly recommend the chicken shish kebab plate, coconut shrimp appetizer and the hummus. This restaurant is consistently good. We order here at least once a month, never disappointed. Dine in or takeout, both are great!

Amazing Greek/Mediterranean spot. Not too busy. Strangely dim-lit throughout so a great choice if you're hiding acne or a black eye or something. Little pricey but the food was delicious! Oh yeah- they have a funky talking robot that delivers food to your table! Little creepy but also pretty darn cute

First time here, we tried the calamari and coconut shrimp and within a few seconds that was gone like a fat kid eating cake. Their dipping sauce is the best with just enough of a spicy kick to get your sinuses moving. The pita sandwiches were amazing enough to lick your fingers but if you like your sandwiches with a bit more sauce definitely request for extra. Hats off to the bartender for the beautiful cocktails as well.

Sugar Mediterranean Bistro in the Trinity Parkway Center in Stockton, California has entrees with lovely flavor profiles. We enjoyed the lemon chicken soup which arrived hot and retained its heat to the very last drop. The dolmathes are beef, mint, garlic, onions, and rice, all wrapped in grape leaves. A picky eater in our party had the dolmathes and she liked them very much. I thought the dolmathes had a great texture and the combination of ingredients was surprisingly good. Gary's Special which consisted of grilled pork tenderloin with a pepper-plum sauce was very satisfying. The Shrimp & Avocado Salad was delicious and a good-sized portion. The hummus is freshly homemade. Pricey, but I am glad we tried this restaurant. A machine brings food to the table. The food was 5 stars. The server definitely needed additional help. The bar was full the evening the four of us ate there and the attention was focused on the bar patrons which is understandable because that is where the bulk of the profits are. We sat in the main dining room. The service didn't match the high prices. According to the menu, Dolmathes are served with pita bread, but none were brought to the table until I asked.
