Sugar factory was a nice experience. This restaurant is located in the Hard Rock Cafe. I had the carnival milkshake with fried Oreos, waffles, and Oreo crumbles. It was nice!!!! Sugary indeed.. my guest had the buffalo sandwich with fries.. it tasted pretty okay. It is a bit overpriced in my opinion but that is expected in such a place like this. However. I'd attend again to try other items. Service was nice as well.

My sever was the best part about our Vist on 11/02/2023. He was so polite and professional. He made sure he took care of us. When our food was brought our the colorful burgers I ordered, the bread was very hard we had to send them back. I ordered a club sandwich whichever looked good to the naked eye. I bite into it and started to chew only to fill something in mouth mouth wasn't apart of the sandwich I spit it out only to find that it was a small white piece of paper. That make me take a look at my sandwich to only discover there was cheese on every slice of cheese. I called my server over to take a look and let him know that he needs to tell whomever fixed my sandwich no that he could have choked someone. He went to the manager that was on duty and the funny thing about that she was sitting in the front at the host's bar the whole time and never once came over to speak with us. You wouldn't have even known she was the manager because she was talking and playing with the younger girls. The food was horrible and very much over priced. Sugar factory needs a bigger and better food menu.

Went here for the first time for our niece’s birthday. The staff were all very accommodating, and positive. I got the big cheesy , and it may have been the best burger I’ve ever had! The musics was great and the whole place is a vibe. Very clean and beautiful. Cannot wait to go back!

I sat at the bar for my whole visit and had great service, good food and a very tasty mixed drink. I will say the restaurant does feel overpriced but I wasn't disappointed in the money spent to have a good time. They have mimosa flights and plenty of other drinks to choose from if that's your scene. They had a large menu to include several desserts as well if you're not a drinker. It was clear from my time there that big parties are very common. I saw at least three birthdays celebrated within 2 hours and the friend I met there had seen several before that.

Food was not good, drinks were a hit. Atmosphere was everything, I will come back, but only for the drinks.. Oh and if it's your birthday it's a must you come here to celebrate, birthday performance from the servers are lit.

You have to call to make reservations or you will most likely not get a table. Food was mediocre and highly price. All of our food (10 ppl party) from the wings appetizer to our main meal was very salty. The drinks did not look like pictures I received mine without any toppings which was supposed to be candy/flower flavor was okay not worth what you pay. We also got a 40 dollar none alcoholic drink for a kid it was extremely sour and not drinkable at all. We passed the drink around to each take a try/seriously none drinkable it was so nasty. Would only go back for the dessert. But do not recommend for food. The chairs they gave us were tore up. The only good thing, environment was fun and waitress friendly.

I visited for the first time 11/14/2023. We ordered the mimosa flight, which was awesome. We also ordered food: turkey burger and onion rings. It was just ok. I ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken was horrible! Too overcooked and very bland. The waitress offered for my chicken to be replaced so, I agreed. But, it really wasn’t any better. Still, very overcooked (dry) and still very bland. I will say though, the waffles were pretty good. I did let the waitress know that I didn’t fault her for the meal. And we still tipped her. But, also told her to relay a message to the cook: do not serve anybody else fried chicken that day because, it wasn’t good at all. It seemed like whatever it was fried in may have been old. My bill was discounted only $2.70. Now, though I do not recommend the chicken and waffles, I do definitely recommend the mimosa flights.

This is a very cool place, it's a little expensive but it's worth visiting at least once, especially in a birthday celebration, they do a hole show when ordering the birthday Sundays
