Suburban Studios Stuart near Federal Hwy 1 - Extended stay hotel in Stuart - 1900 SE Federal Hwy, USA

At least their was no bugs However have you ever stayed somewhere where you have to fix the bathroom lights and attach the toilet seat before use. They replaced the carpet but didn't bother doing the whole floor the cabinets have water damage and missing doors but the fridge was clean. Bathroom door has no lock and looks like someone used it as a punching bag. Lots of good food close by but would only stay here again if there was no other options. Stayed here April 19,2024

Positive: Front desk was a really nice and understanding guy. Negative: Room smelled like they smoked cigarettes for months without cleaning it and roaches were around as well. I got my money back to how poor the conditions were. Should be a 1 star hotel. Negative: ""

Cockroach infested, noisy dirty rooms that are badly painted, small beds (not sure it was even a queen, probably full), terrible service. We had to move rooms 3 times before we got one where everything worked (tv, stovetop). Seemed like a little rough clientele. They wanted to charge us $250 for our service dog even though we provided paperwork, we let them know about our service dog before we booked the room.

This place should be called Roach extended stay. Nasty smell in all over our room. Staff is very rude and there are lot of junkies in this place. Needs to teardown this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel. You can pay extra 20 dollars and get better accommodation in same neighborhood and a pool. This is junkies heaven. Mildew was all over in bathroom

It was years ago, but the rooms were dirty, the carpets were always sticky in a way and kind of moist. We always do a wipe down of rooms, but this room proved to need an actual cleaning so we asked to be moved to another room but that one was actually dirtier and had a needle in the pot on the stove. One more room move and we knew that the place was just dirty. The front desk staff were often rude and nasty. We enjoyed our 4 week stay over time as much as possible and we have not gone back. I hope that they have cleaned it up since then, but I would not go to find out.

Very old and dirty rooms. Our room smelled of mildew. These rooms look the same as they look when this hotel was built years ago. The ceilings are full of dust. The shower was filthy. Dirty walls etc. Don't you all think it's time for a remodel! The price doesn't match the room at all.

Room was gross, bed sheets nasty, door wouldn't shut and lock, parking sucked

Ok CRAZY even for the suburban...I get there, my room was extremely clean and smelled of pine sol, so much so, that I had to wonder, were they upgrading their housekeeping standards or is something wrong. Sorry, the hotel is very inexpensive and by nature, I get what u pay for... regardless,it was very clean so props! But 2nd day of a 3 day stay with my 6 y/o daughter, we notice BIO HAZARD SIGNS and the room above us blocked off! Choice hotels called the manager who said it was due to them painting the hallway which made no sense, different clerk upon check out said it was a mentally unstable guest who put up his own signs, which also made no sense...I was really worried at that point..obviously, someone was not telling the truth. Choice hotels refused to give me a full refund, despite it being potentially dangerous and the office deliberately misleading them...they have me credit for about half of 1 night. The place is what u would expect for no security deposit and cheap in Stuart and the office staff have always been very nice. Sometimes it's necessary to overlook 9ne thing for another but this was beyond my threshold! Come on now! I got a lil kid to worry about BIOHAZARD!?!
