Suburban Studios Clarksville-Louisville North - Extended stay hotel in Clarksville - 1620 Leisure Way, USA

I feel any negative reviews they took to heart and fixed. It's a great place to stay especially for the price. It's in a great location and the rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. The best thing about it though is the staff. They are extremely kind and helpful and make you feel welcome and appreciated. Of all the places I've stayed Suburban Studios is by far the best. I had 0 problems and a relaxing stay.

There was no toilet paper! The lady at the desk said there was no toilet paper when we ran out. In our room the lamps by the bed didn't work the cord was torn,alarm clock was broken,no plates or silverware in room as it has a stove and sink. Walls are thin we were playing a game and the desk staff knocked on our door to see if we were arguing, Beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful except for the T.P.

I was a guest at this hotel in February in a former employee charged my card for 2 extra days even though I booked for 1 day only. I've been patiently waiting for someone in management to refund my account or allow me to stay without having to pay. Every time I call, they always say they will get back to me and never do . They talk to some kind of imaginary district manager who never gets back with them. Long story short, this hotel owes me money, and they refuse to help me out. There's no way possible that an employee should be allowed to steal from the customers. I just got off the phone with the manager instead of helping me. She says to dispute it with my bank. I wish there was someone who cared to help me out. For anyone who reads this post. Please do not stay at this hotel because this may happen to you. Please understand that I gave you every opportunity to make it right. This won't be the last time you hear from me. Read the other complaints it's time for this hotel to get shut down.

We ended up living here for the time being until we can get an apartment. The rooms are so nice and spacious the kitchenette is so convenient with the full size fridge, dishwasher and stove top, the pricing is unbeatable and the staff are the nicest and coolest people. Would definitely recommend for anyone! :) 5 stars for me!!!

The room is really nice and clean. My husband works 3rd shift and everywhere else the beds haven't compared to ours in storage but the one here is AMAZING!! 🤩 My husband hasn't complained and I know I'm not. It's very quiet here which I like. I have social anxiety so it's hard for me to interact with people but My Fur Baby helps with that and this place is AMAZING with animals 🤩 I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an cleaner place in Clarksville. The staff is amazing as well.

Could have been better. We stayed in a few different rooms & 3 out of 4 rooms smelled like animals urine. The carpet flooring in the rooms needs to be pulled up & something else besides carpet put down. One room stunk,another room had roaches & the last room we stayed in ,I got bit by a spider . (Yes ,heard that from a Dr.)

We have stayed at this hotel previously while passing through. We chose it again because it was okay the first time and it has the ability to cook in the room, which is a great way to save money while traveling. At check in, we walked in to a wall of cigarette and pot smoke. It was too late for me to cancel so I checked in, thinking it would get better… it didn’t. There were other guests loitering at the desk and in the dark hallways and a large dog barking and growling. Every wall in the halls, the elevator and the room were damaged and covered in spackle. When we entered the room, there was so much evidence of a previous guests. There was a dirt ring on the toilet bowl The floor was covered in food crumbs and debris. There was an earwig crawling on the counter. The walls were covered in mystery stains and dirt. There were only two pillows on the beds and the comforters were stained., not sure the sheets were clean because they looked previously slept in. And the worst was that there was no way to lock the door as the slap lock was missing. I tried to call the desk but there was no answer. We left the room, and found the front desk associate outside smoking with another guest. So we left. Found a holiday express to stay at down the road that was clean and where I’m writing this from. I worked for a Choice Ascend Collection resort for many years as a guest services manager, I would be absolutely mortified if I checked a guest into this room, let alone let these safety issues go unaddressed. So disappointed. I’m hoping to get a refund of my money paid as I literally walked in and walked out with my husband and our 3 young children.

Me and my family have been here a couple months now and I love this place. I will admit it's not fabulous but its comfortable, the people are really nice here and it's almost like a little community here everyone looks out for each other. The location is perfect because it's close to everything and right off the highway so you can get anywhere pretty easy. The new management has made a lot of changes for the better I will say the new GM is doing an awesome job.
