Amazing community and environment to grow and archive your goals. There’s plenty of classes doing the day for working professionals, with tailored exercises that can be tailored for all levels. Trainers are knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend to anyone looking for start or build up on their current practices.

Drop In: Very good workout and welcoming coaches. Bryce was great -- paid attention to everyone, including me. More intimate gym (very much a box) with smaller class sizes. Positive experience and will be back.

Cozy location. I tried cross fit for the first time yesterday and I am not in the best shape of my life right now. They made me feel welcome and demo'd exercises. Then gave me a way to scale so I could do the exercises at my level and introduced me to the group. I came cuz I need an intervention. I have plenty to gain and am happy that I found my new local community of crossfitters!

I dropped in at SUBU on a short trip to Orlando and had a great experience. I was greeted warmly, shown where everything was, asked how long I had been doing CrossFit, and introduced to the class even though I was only going to be there for one day. As a coach myself I really appreciate a well-run class, and this one checked all the boxes! It started and ended on time, all movements were demonstrated, lots of scaling options were given, there was an adequate warm up, and scores were collected and recording on the whiteboard at the end of the workout. The members were all super friendly with me and made me feel at home as well. I'll definitely be dropping in again next time I'm in Orlando!

Subu Crossfit made me feel at home for the week I was on vacation in Orlando! The gym is very well organized, clean, and has all the equipment you need. Miguel, Larry, and Tyler were extremely nice and helpful. The energy in the gym was great and will make your CrossFit experience that much better! If you’re in the area check it out!

SUBU CrossFit is hands down the best gym in Orlando. It has the classic CrossFit vibe: badass people, grippy bars, graffiti, and amazing workouts. It's a place that will inspire you to challenge your fitness and have a blast in the process. They also have an open gym that is lit ....cool people, cool tunes, and a rad vibe!!! Most importantly, the coaches and athletes are very welcoming and encouraging. I used to be a member here but had to move to a different state. It is a must do whenever I come back to Orlando. I can also say that in my 7 years of doing CrossFit I have dropped into a lot of gyms all over the country and SUBU CrossFit has remained one of my favorites. ❤️🤙💪

Top Notch BOX gym. I did a drop-in while visiting Orlando on some business for the 5:30 class . There was ample parking and was immediately welcomed by Miguel(coach/trainer). This was my first class after a 2 month hiatus from Crossfit and WOW did I feel it! Very clean gym. Coaches are friendly and gave lots of instruction in regards to my form and weight. WOD was challenging! Patrons are nice folks. Definitely going to drop-in again when I'm come back to town.

By far the best gym around. I am always greeted like family here no matter how long passes. You can tell the coaches genuinely care about your development. They are there to celebrate every achievement along the way and there to pick you up on the days you fail and cant convince yourself to get back to the bar for another attempt. Highly recommend coming to check it out if you’re in the area. (P.s. 7:30pm is the best class!)
