Excellent service at the bar with great recommendations. Food and drink excellent. Shared our plates and left pleasantly stuffed and satisfied.
Great food and ambience. Certainly a unique spot in Harrisburg. However, they charge a 20% gratuity (even for small parties of 2) and do not inform customers of this in advance or display this in the restaurant and you only find out when you get your receipt. I find this deceptive and will likely not visit again because of this.
This place has been on my list since before the pandemic and I was delighted to be home for Christmas and see that it was open again. I hope to get there in a paella night some day. Highlight recommend. The octopus was delish and so was the sangria.
Food is delicious, but pricey. $18 for 2 tacos. The bottle of wine I bought had a 650% mark up. To be clear, the bottle of wine was $8 at a local state store. At Suba, it was $60. 650% of 8 is actually less than $60 ($52), so I was a bit generous to the owners in my original post. It was actually more than a 650% markup they asked for.
Their drinks are excellent. I really enjoyed the firefly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was was absolutely delicious! The Suba tacos I got were amazing. The fish was nicely cooked and the mango was a nice touch. The Monte Caballo was tasty but I felt like maybe you should get more than two for the price. They're very small but very delicious.
Excellent food, great drinks, and a phenomenal atmosphere. Perfect for a chill night out with friends in the Capital!
Food was amazing the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars because the table was wobbly and the calamari was terrible. But everything else was super quaint and inviting
Excellent tapas. Lots of variety with plenty of standard choices for those who are looking to keep it simple, and some more interesting dishes for the more adventurous. The real highlight were the tacos though. Wonderful flavor combinations with perfectly cooked meats.
