Very unique experience! Staff were super kind and helpful. I did peppermint yogurt with chocolate chips, oreos, and topped with hot fudge. I thought mine was pretty much liquid because of the hot fudge, but my sister also got yogurt but without anything hot - hers was pretty liquidy too. Other than the consistency, it was great!

I visited 1832 Brew inside of Sub Zero, the coffee is amazing personally I think it’s better than Starbucks and I’m sort of a coffee snob!! I got a blended Carmelo and a blended Snikerdoodle latté both medium. And the Loaded breakfast burrito will make you slap your co-workers!! 😩😩 so good!!! The owners are awesome too super friendly!!! 10/10 would recommend

Nitrogen ice cream is a must try if you've never had it. Its taste is so unique and easily craveable. There are so many flavors and mix ins to choose from. I personally love the peanut butter and brownie flavor the most mixed with brownie, oreos, and reese's cups. The employees are always patient.

Stopped in to try it out and thanks to John's patience we were able to take our time, make our choices, and then enjoy our treats. I strongly recommend the custard but they do have other options for different dietary restrictions. There are plenty of combinations of ingredients that you could mix in to get your taste just the way you like it. I will also point out that, the process of creating this wonderful treat is a skill set. I was thoroughly impressed with the way in which this is created and how wonderful it tastes.

Last night was my second and final visit to this location of Sub Zero! We ordered two vegan base ice cream creations and it was very clear the teenager mixing was clueless about which milk was vegan, syrup types and amounts! We ended up with two flavorless icy liquids. The two teens at the register were super unhelpful in figuring out what could’ve gone wrong and stuck by their policy of no remaking a creation, even though it was CLEARLY not mixed or frozen properly. Our first visit was a very different experience. The vegan base ice cream was creamy and flavorful true to the creation we both made! The inconsistency in who mixes and freezes your creation makes all the differences. The first two pictures are what we got last night, the third picture is what I got on our first visit. Huge difference! I threw mine in the trash it was not worth the calories. I know it’s hard to find good help these days but the teens working at 8:30 pm on 8/3/21 were terrible! They need to be re-trained and get some lessons in customer service. It was obvious it was close to closing time and they would rather have been anywhere but at Sub Zero. My advice is go to the Rita’s across the street!

Fun friendly staff! Really a "cool" place to take friends and family to for unique ice experience! Lots of options, choices, flavors and "mix-ins" for your personalized ice cream bowl. They mix it and freeze it right in front of you! Fun for kids and adults. Be sure to check it out when you are visiting the Arts District in downtown Carmel.

Do you know how long it’s been since I’ve had mint chocolate chip ice cream??? I’m lactose intolerant. Walking into a place being allowed to order anything on the menu is heaven! They have the ability to make anything dairy free. So my whole family can find something here. And it’s all delicious! So, so good!

The staff was so kind and helpful and willing to explain how the process works. They were able to make recommendations for what menu items would be something we would like (they highly recommend the custard, as do I!) Now for the ice cream itself. It was hands down the absolute best ice cream I’ve had in so long! They had incredible flavors and mix in options. I had brownie batter custard with brownie pieces and cheesecake. Hubby got the cheesecake custard with Oreo pieces. It was a bit pricey but so worth it!!!
