If I could give zero stars I would. I called before I came in, to make sure they accept designer shoes and accessories and they informed me of how they do their pricing. She said they do 30% to 50% of the retail price depending on the how good they look which sounded great so I brought my $1,125 versace shoes, a $525 versace belt, and a $2,250 Gucci handbag in and the woman behind the counter told me it would be about "10 to 15 to 30" minutes and that they would text me when done. They took an hour and 42 minutes, never texted me and offered me $153.89 for my $3,900 merchandise after the 3rd time I walked into the store to check on how things were going. Huge rip-off and a waste of time. I Do not recommend this place at all. They offered me 3.8% of retail price.

Literally watched the guy just move clothes around so it looked like he did something and then told me everything was declined because Plato’s Closer didn’t want it?? Despite the fact that that the clothes I brought were different than the bag I brought them (different age group of clothing) Lol I don’t think he knew I was watching. Literally didn’t even look at one thing.

This team has always been so helpful and friendly to me. The store always looks clean and well-stocked with very nice items. I really appreciate how kind they treated me today specifically. They have very dedicated staff snd leadership at this location.

Had SUCH a great experience! Great selection, AMAZING customer service! Summer was absolutely fantastic. Everyone else was great but Summer was such a delight. Not from the area but will definitely be back!

Went to consign some items. Dropped them off and when I went back to find out the amount I declined their offer. No big deal I was happy to just take everything back BUT I did not see a Michael Kors bag I brought in so I asked about it and right away the girl said “you did not bring one in” so I looked under everything and it was there. It was such a turn off for her to say without even knowing or looking. Not sure if that is how you treat people all the time but it really left a sour taste in my mouth. What if it was not there, do you just call the customer a lier right away? I shop there all the time as do my family and friends. Just really turned off with her this morning.

The store staff is incredibly kind and educated. Love going there hunting for a new item and enjoy it with my kid. Good quality on a budget. And we keep a responsible reuse of items well cared for. Councious shopping and caring for local stores. Highly recommend it. 😇

Never been here before, was brought over by platos closet because of single shirt they suggested to bring. I had never work the shirt before. A guy glances at it and says “there’s a spot, so I can’t make an offer on it.” I ask him to show me the spot. He goes takes the shirt and goes through the shirt again and says “I can’t seem to find it now, but it was there.“ proceeds to hand me back my shirt and I say “that doesn’t make any sense” and interrupts me hands me my receipt and says “I’m not going to look at it again. Have a great day.” Absolute garbage service and at least that guy was a complete liar. Couldn’t even show me what was wrong with it. Don’t even bother coming here.
