The customer service was absolutely exceptional !!!!!! I'm so thankful for the staff who assisted me with all of my needs. I mean I was so taken aback by the kindness that I was shown along with the positive attitudes. Emma, Karissa (spelling may be wrong), Debbie and Alicia went above and beyond and def deserve recognition from corporate because they're doing things right! I wish I could give 10 stars =)

Shockingly clean and modern. Loved the wood and tile on the floors... made everything feel cleaner. Bed was soft and clean. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasted really fresh. One of the best night stays at a hotel I've had in a long while.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff from check in to check out were friendly and very helpful. The entire place in exceptionally clean and well taken care of. One of the biggest bonuses was that the hotel guest laundry was free. We were on a motorcycle and when they were expecting storms to roll in they allowed us to park under the canopy and allowed us a late check out so we didn't have to ride in the rain. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This hotel was such a good value. The front desk staff were over-the-top friendly and informative. The morning staff asked multiple times to let her know if we needed anything at breakfast. Our guest room was small but SO clean, with nice hard floors (no iffy carpet anywhere!). Nice wall-mounted flat screen tv, good pillows and blankets, temperature control was good. Room was a bit small, with a desk and a few counter-type areas to put your bags. Could have used a chair to sit in (seen in photos of some rooms). Tub/shower was an unusual “triangle-shape”, like in a corner, which means it was a bit tight unless you pointed the shower head so the water came out horizontally. LOVE that they had nice quality shampoo, conditioner, and gel dispensers on the shower wall. Breakfast had a good variety: bacon, omelets, pancake machine, hard-boiled eggs, yogurts, toast, bagels, pastries, 3 kinds of cereal, coffee, milk, orange and fruit juice. Pool wasn’t open yet, so no comments there. Staff also mentioned that we were welcome to use the fitness facilities at a hotel 2 doors down. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area.

Staff was absolutely excellent. The building itself was a disappointment. Our double queen room was so small there was only about 6 inches between each bed and the walls. The bathroom looked stylish but was not functional. It had an oddly shaped tub, the shower curtain rod was not curved so the curtain kept billowing in and the floor of the tub was very slick. We ended up putting a hand towel down so we wouldn't fall. No microwave in the room. The breakfast room was not attended to. We were there an hour before breakfast was to end. The eggs ran out, apple juice dispenser was water and, if there was decaf coffee, it was not labled.

We thought the room was ok. It was a bit odd. No closet. One nightstand. No mirror in bedroom. No microwave. Clean though and quiet and interesting decor. Overall fine for two nights. Would not book again though for mentioned reasons.

I would like to say thank you to the staff at studio Z, especially the manager and Nicki who helped me when i stayed over. The hotel was definitely well kept and clean and everything was really good. I would definitely recommend it

Ascend hotel. Good value. Welcoming staff.clean & comfortable. Good location. Would stay again. Small room but it was more than adequate. Don't need a big suite for just the 2 of us.
