Studio Inn - Motel in Livermore - 1321 Portola Ave, USA

I stay here all the time when visiting the area. The neat little studio rooms are very clean, cozy and rather quiet. Gas station next store, Lucky's down the block and near down Livermore. Great price for a quiet get away.

The rooms were filled with toxic fumes. When I walked in I immediately felt the demonic presence surrounding me. My hubby Trever was floating in the air in the middle of the night. I felt roaches crawl past me as I went to bed. The day after I checked out I noticed my prescious baby boy dog was missing. I called the front desk to inquire about my baby boy but he was nowhere to be found and the man who answered was very hostile. He was rude and threatened to call the cops on me. Very bad customer service. My baby boy is gone and that man is a worshiper of the devil. If u find my baby boy please let me know. He responds to Bobbi or his full given government name Sir Aurther Roberto George Robert the 2nd (you don’t wanna know what happened to the 1st)

We stayed here in May and the manager Nick had told us their rooms were newly renovated. Sure enough it was true. No carpets in the room just hardwood flooring and the rest of the room looked renovated including the bathroom which was clean and our stay was good. The pricing was great for this area. No problems with us

My former company had booked me here for an out of town job. I no longer work for this company.||||Sometimes a small, older place can be quite charming. This is not one of those places. This turned out to be more of a tiny "residential" motel. The office lobby was smaller than most closets. One getting to the room, although small and dark, seem to have respectable amenities. A mini fridge and microwave. A desk and average TV. ||||That is where the good part ends. Even though there is a phone book, none of the rooms have phones. At first I thought it seemed fairly clean, until i looked under the bed. an archeologist would love it! There is no maid service, so be sparing with the towels and you'll have to go empty the trash your self.||||Needless to say this is one to avoid.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.The room are basic but clean and well kept.Centrally located not far from downtown Livermore.

Do not stay at this motel ever! It is the nastiest, dirtiest place I have ever stayed. They have no maids, either manager will clean them or pays $5 to have a guest or homeless person clean them. I say clean them, but that is because I don't have another way to put it. The bathroom showers, toilets, sinks, floors are disgusting. Sheets, blankets have hair on them. To top it off, it is infested with bed bugs. Last room I stayed in was 107 and I suffered numerous bites all over my body. They were n my hair, clothing, and I could not sleep because they were coming out of the bed headboard. This place needs to be put on blast because I do not believe these owners should be making money off this nightmare. Owner/manager Nick only accepts cash. Does not give receipts either. Obviously he knows he can be in big trouble if exposed.

This is the most disgusting place i have ever had. Hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. Shower is nasty and not cleaned. Bed bugs on the headboard and in the bed. Hair throughout the bed (on the covers, sheets, and bed it self.) Since i got the room through hotwire, i could not get a refund and so i lost out on $90 because i refused to stay in a place like that. The motel even has a sign posted saying they won't give refunds. I dont know how they are still in business
