Studio 6 Tucson, AZ - Irvington Road - Extended stay hotel in Tucson - 4950 S Outlet Center Dr, USA

What could have been a truly great experience while we were in Tucson for a 3-day religious event is a dream that has been shattered. We saw some discrepancies just when giving a brief overlook to the bathroom, but after we felt some discomfort and noticed some visible stains, we did a thorough inspection of the bed and sheets we layed on. We were appalled by the fact that there were possibly bloody stains on the sheets and mattress as well as paw prints on our sheets. We saw some brown stains we can only pray aren't fecal matter, but overall, I'd say it has truly been a horrifying experience. We don't have high expectations for a motel of this caliber, but we expect them to at least maintain some form of sanitary integrity. We will not be coming back.

Everything about this place is fine for the price except for one crucial thing: they have laminate floors, presumably for easy cleaning. The trouble is, they don't clean them. The floor in my room looked and felt to the touch like it had been swabbed with bacon. It was greasy and oily and it left nasty, sticky black residue on the soles of our feet and socks.

We have been staying at the Studio 6 motel for a few weeks now and every hotel has it's ups and downs but the staff here is top notch! Today 05/31/2024 Melany redid our stay and she seriously was very kind and helpful. Even helping get better wifi for my kid to do summer school. Thank you Melany! I appreciate your help and all the others at Studio 6, all the way down to housekeeping. They are on top of it all!

Now the first day there. The lady in front was great. Now I am legally blind, and disabled. Just came out of the heat. Had my kid's boyfriend help with bags upstairs. He took a break then was going to leave. Super for housekeeping came knocked on the door tell me he has to register and I better leave the room like I found it. Etc and barged in like I do not know. I used to clean for a living, respectfully, I clean up after myself. Take out my own trash so I was insulted. Told I'd be charged if my service dog peed on the bed. All that should have bought me a free night but I didn't push it.

Excellent service and very comfortable rooms, I was very pleased by the nice staff, I had to get a room in the bottom floor due to some medical issues and Melany was kind enough to acomódate and help in any way she could 10/10 would come again

We stayed one night at Stand 6 Irvington rosd in Tucson AZ. Although the renovated place is nice and clean, we had one serious mishap.. the toilet would flush liquids but no poop or toilet paper !! there was no maintenance service after 6pm.. the reception gave us a plunger, but it didn't work!!!! So we a senior couple suffered all night.. in the morning no one was at the counter. So we went to Big Mac nearby to relief.. we paid $100 for the night and couldn't use the toilet to do $ 2.. |Well, we hope Stand 6 and Motel 6 have better service for their customers.. we hope no one else has these issues while staying there..|Please forward this review to their attention.|Thanking You|Dos Pesos

I like the place a lot. No drug addicts hanging around. The pool is clean. My only problem is two things. I have been there two weeks and they said every Monday they come and grab the old towels and give me new ones and because I have a dog they won't go in the room without me being there. Which I get. I went in Monday evening to get new towels and they told me that they haven't watched any because they're washer is broken. It's been like that for 2 weeks. I got off of work right after they passed my room for the new bedding and she said they're coming to her room next and she never showed up it's been like that for 2 weeks so I don't think they really care about giving you blankets and pillow covers to people that actually stay there. Other than that I recommend this place. It's awesome 😎

The room was comfortable and ground floor. There were no elevators only srairs to the second floor. My room had a mini kitchen with all the amenities for cooking. There was a Fry's nearby, so I bought groceries and fixed quick meals in my room, saving the cost of eating out, even though there were many fast food and family restaurants nearby. It reminded me of my timeshare, without the fancy wall coverings and furniture. There was no sofa or comfortable armchair. The management does not supply roll away beds or cots to accommodate a guest. The appliances were adequate but need to be replaced soon. The flooring had been recently upgraded. The pool area was small but clean, and the modest grounds were well kept, considering Tucson still had frost at night this time of year, so the plants were not in their prime. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt safe but vigilant of my surroundings. I mainly chose this motel as I was going to nearby venues at the Tucson Gem Show. It served its purpose well. I will definitely consider it for future stays in the area.
