Studio 6 Suites Louisville KY Airport Expo Center - Extended stay hotel in Louisville - 571 Phillips Ln, USA

The room was very nice, especially for the price. The location was close to downtown and fairly quiet considering it's near the airport. The only issue I had was the woman working the day we checked in charged the $100 deposit to a card I plainly told her only had the money to cover the room. I had told her I was going outside to get another card. When I came back with the other card, she had told me she charged the card and it went through. Yes it did but my account is now overdrawn. She clearly didn't listen and/or did not care. She couldn't wait the 30 seconds it took me to get a different card. So now my account is overdrawn until the deposit is released which takes dsys. Other than this huge issue with overdrawing my bank account, there wasn't any issues. The staff need to be more considerate and listen.

Had a great stay. Especially loved the full refrigerator and other studio-like furnishings. Highly recommend adding the $100 security deposit to your website. Best place I've stayed at in Kentucky so far. #🎤 Studio6Suites

Motel was in a good location for what we needed. The desk clerk was friendly. Beds were okay, and rooms were clean upon arrival BUT it reeked of smoke BAD. The fact there was an incense in a hole in the wall shows they do try to mask the smell. Another bad thing I noticed was the sink literally falling off the wall. Overall wasn't a terrible experience for the price. *if you don't like the sound of airplanes constantly, then this is not the place for you*

Price, price, price. A company that I work for is here in Louisville. We have 4/6 people here renting rooms. We can't get a discount and above that. They tell us in September the same rooms which we are already in will expand in price. Nearly 100% more.

This was a very economical room, and that's what I wanted. The room was great, and the bed was comfy. Everything was there that I needed. I am very happy with my decision to stay here.

Destiny was so helpful in checking in. Called with some questions prior to arriving so friendly and polite. We had 2 rooms and had a small issue with each room. We told Merideth about them in the morning just so they were made aware of it. When we got back to the room that evening, they had them fixed, and the rest was perfect. The location is great, but road traffic and plane traffic were heavy.

Good location near airport and Kentucky Kingdom. Front desk was ok. Room which was non smoking reeked of smoke. Towels were dirty. No breakfast offered. Paper thin walls, dodgy clientele. Avoid, its cheap but a real dump

Absolutely the best hotel I've ever stayed in for the price! Rooms are all new and updated, very clean and modern. The staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly. Definitely will be staying here again on any trip I take to the Louisville area
