I had a wonderful stay! The room was well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and respectful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thanks to Kaily for her exceptional assistance with my reservation—she was extremely helpful and made the process seamless. The location is also fantastic, being conveniently close to LAX Airport. Highly recommend!

Front desk clerk Riya was personable and attentive. She accommodated my request for an early check-in and followed up with a phone call to my room to verify I was satisfied with the accommodations The room is simple, clean and very close to the airport. The shuttle driver from the airport to the property was pleasant and helpful. my room is on the freeway side of the building and some noise was noticeable, but easily ignored. I selected this property due to its location, shuttle service and lastly price. I was not disappointed.

We would like to compliment and commend the superb service provided by the front desk staff Celine. Celine was very polite, accommodating, helpful and incredibly welcoming with a lovely smile on her face. She went out of her way to be extremely kind to a very weary traveler like us. The room was immaculate. Hotel location is close to LAX. We think Celine deserves most of the credit over all the other staff on that particular shift . I’m staying at the LAX location and snug to share how much grace “Genesis” showed when she didn’t have to. What she doesn’t know is that I’m currently waiting on God to bless me with a place and I’ve been staying here since I moved across country from Maryland. Anyway I booked my reservation and but was waiting on some funds to transfer to my account, but I didn’t want to get charged a fee and “Genesis” assisted me with this matter and it blessed me so much! I’d also like to thank Pepe for giving me more than what I needed or asked for when it came to a specific supply. 🤍 Thank You!

We stayed a few nights here after flying in from Australia and landing in the early hours of the morning. It's nice and close to the airport and they have a free shuttle bus which is a handy. Jessica on reception was very helpful and organised for us to check in early which was great. The room was very simple but clean and we made use of the vending machines in the foyer for snacks and there was free coffee in the mornings. Our room was on the freeway side of the motel which was a little noisy so it would be better to get a room on the other side of the hotel (even number rooms). We have booked in for a few nights again in October before we fly home (so fingers crossed). Jessica in reception was very helpful again and allowed us to leave our luggage as we couldn't check into our next place until the late afternoon. It's a very busy hotel so I admire Jessica and the rest of the staff for keeping their cool and always being polite and helpful.

Outstanding service from Maria and Genesis. They helped me stay calm and collected after an awful experience at the airport that forced me to stay in LA overnight, and they were so kind & understanding. These two deserve all the praise in the world and there's just not enough words I can use to express my gratitude. Maria and Genesis went above & beyond to help in my time of need, with kind words and reassurances that very few would be willing to provide to a complete stranger. I immediately felt safe and like everything was going to be okay. If I ever end up here in LA again, I'll want to stay at this motel if it means I can thank them for their kindness again. Truly wonderful people, and I can't thank them enough for being so gentle while I was struggling.

A great convenient location for those needing close proximity to the airport. Comfortable beds and decent air conditioning. You do need to bring your own toiletries for the shower as they don't provide. Decent value for what you pay for. Genesis and Bashir were helpful during check-in

They wouldn't allow a moving truck in the parking lot when there was plenty of space for one, not just at my arrival but all night, I was checking up until 1am. They made me park in the neighborhood just north of the fence from the parking lot. It took me 20 mins to walk one way from there to the hotel because they claim they can't open the gate that's on their own property. Would have saved me a combined hour and a half of walking with all my stuff. Security was nice enough about it but I'll never believe I had to walk 4 miles total just to stay. I have a business account with this chain and now I wonder why
