Been staying here for a few weeks while waiting on our apartment to be ready for move-in and may I say it’s just a wonderful place. There’s tons of great people around and tons of furry friends too. The staff are amazing and always willing to help if you need any. Our fridge went out and they had it replaced the next morning. Highly recommend this place for any travelers that are pet friendly.

I’ve traveled to many states/countries and this was by far just the worst customer service I’ve ever received. When my friend and I walked in, the woman at the front desk just sat on her phone and ignored us for the first few minutes, then had the audacity to act bothered that we needed assistance for check in. She got up and in rudest tone said “Can I help you?”. We were very nice to her but she was just so rude and nasty. I never thought a hotel could make you feel unwelcome. I understand working at a motel sucks but we weren’t rude once. I’d pay the extra money to stay in the hotel next door, at least there they provide good customer service and the hotel is much nicer!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude, very un-helpful, and told us she couldn’t help us when she couldn’t find our reservation.. She would just stare at us and expect us to fix the situation ourselves as if we worked there and she didn’t. We ended up realizing that we were booked at the hotel directly next to the building, but she never mentioned that could be a possibility, and had such a “screw you” attitude when we were trying to be so nice. The hotels are right next to each other and we’ve never visited this area before so we just had no idea how to get around. So not helpful at all. We didn’t see the rooms, but we could tell they weren’t nice, as the building smelled like cigarettes, and the hallways were disgusting. The location isn’t horrible, but could be nicer. With all of that being said, we do NOT recommend this place unless you want to suffer through your stay. This place is joke.

This place is disgusting. I checked in late and wanted to sleep. I get there and the desk clerk Nancy was the rudest and nastiest person I ever dealt with. Every time I asked a question she had the rudest and nastiest attitude and her answer to everything was I don't know. She yelled at me for telling her I found a roach in my fridge and SHOUTED NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT THAT. I just left and will never return because of this disgusting minded desk clerk.

Where shall I begin ? On my first night I told front desk I had no remote and I asked for one. I got two over the next 24 hours and neither one worked. I finally called and told them I wanted the correct one and they said they'd try. I never heard back. There were 2 fights outside at midnight and 115 in the morning. Guest services is a joke at this place. They lock you in at night and you have to ask to be let out. Hotel or jail hard to say.

In a decent location, but first night here, saw a roach! I went down to the front desk to ask for some spray or traps, and they said they don't have any and that they would have maintenance come through around 9am. I'm not sure if they meant that day, the next day or on Monday. No maintenance personnel came. Fast forward, 2nd night, saw another roach! Smh

Turkish Bath with Bubbles? I'm game. Meet you there. Bring the hot tubs. Colour. Honour. Guardes. Lol! I've picked up a digital Accenture ambuShure Cub Cadet.

Very good place to get away staffing is great rooms five stars friendly place to be 5 stars is the limit I would recommend anyone to stay here it's the best I ever stayed at quiet no violence just peace and quiet ! Look them up if u need a place to stay I love them !
