Uncertain what kind of scam this property is running. Went to check into our rooms and were informed they were not ready. We informed the front desk person that we were going to the Huskies game, which was at 8pm, and would be back later. We were assured that a late check in (around midnight) would not be a problem as someone would be at the front desk until 3am. We were then informed via e-mail later in the evening that our rooms were given away. Very poor customer service.
My Son and I had a long horrible move back to the state. Upon check in with Travis Romine, very professional, friendly and explained exactly what we would be charged for, I really liked that he explained how he expects his guests to act and be respectful to everyone here, you can tell he takes pride, and I respect that a lot makes you feel better about where you are staying! He even gave a dog biscuit for our dog! Room is so comfy very clean! I highly recommend anyone to stay here! Thank you Travis for how you do and giving us relief from our move!
This is our "go to" place when we travel to western Washington. The upgrades make it comfortable. It's clean, friendly and acceptable quiet. A few suggestions though:|1. Put a non-slip mat in the bathtub/ shower! And a grab bar! It is VERY slippery.|2. Put a soft close toilet seat! It must of slammed shut on me a dozen times!|3. Put the TV remote in a visible place! It was hidden behind some kind of a review card, and we had to go down to the office to ask where to find it. The man ahead of us in line was asking the same question. Where is the remote?|Otherwise, a good stay.
I had my two rooms cancelled at the last minute during a very busy Saturday, in late August. We were looking to check-in early and our rooms were not ready yet. The front desk said it was okay to check-in before 3:00AM, and I said that was great - as we would be returning from a football game around midnight. I received an e-mail after 7:00PM saying my rooms were going to be cancelled - I didn't look at this e-mail till 9:00PM. I immediately called the front desk, my rooms had already been cancelled. The reason I was given was, the front desk had attempted to e-mail me and call me as my credit card was declined. My credit card showed no attempt on the card, and my invoice from Motel 6 said the reason was "Change Of Plans". Obviously, at this point there were no rooms left - our rooms had been given away. Thus, me and my 3 friends had no choice but to drive home - 3 hours away. This was an unacceptable situation that was handled poorly.
Very good place to stay for the price we paid. |Comfortable rooms, good services, friendly staff. We stayed for 5 days for family vacation in Seattle and it worth every dollar we paid. |Beds are good (we booked 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds), white clean linen and decent matrasses. Rooms are spacious, good size TV with cable. Wifi has 3 options: free, but not very fast (which was OK for us), $3.99 per day or $7.99 a week for high speed. |What I would like to stress out - decent kitchen with 2 burner stove, pan, pot, plates and utensils, good size fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and even the vent above the stove to remove the cooking odours! This saved us a few bucks on restaurants! |Very nice quiet location close to most amenities, lots of trees and convenient parking.|All in all A+ for the money we paid!
This place is a massive joke. Had 2 rooms booked and went to check in at 215pm. Told we could not til 3pm. Also told we could check in anytime up til 3am. We had an event til 11pm, so we were gonna check in then. We get an email at 830 saying our rooms were sold and now we are stranded with no hotel and a 2.5 hr drive home. Management is atrocious and whoever runs the front desk should be on the same page. Thanks for ruining our weekend in Seattle. Never to return for me. Should be embarrassed.
Stayed at Studio 6 in Mountlake Seattle, WA for a week. Had to relocate Elders to this facility. The stay for the elders was fantastic, all of them (Group) were happy and enjoyed their stay. The rooms were clean and were able to cook for themselves. Working with Studio 8 staff was a great experience, everyone was very helpful in getting rooms extended and making sure Studio 8 had appropriate room for the elders to stay in. Each of the Elders did not have to change rooms, they were able to accommodate the Elders when their rooms were extended. Staff were kind, courteous, and professional toward Myself (Program Manger) and the Elders giving the best service and accommodation to the Elders group. My experience in working with Studio 6 was excellent. I would go back to Studio 6 if I every have to find a place for the Elders to stay, the group rate was excellent. Thank you Studio 6 for all you hard work and dedication to providing excellent services to the Elders Group.
Extremely kind and helpful staff, rooms are pretty clean with convenient amenities. Morgan in the front office is amazing at her job and is always kind and smiling. I constantly see staff picking up trash and cleaning up the parking lots. It’s Clean, Organized, with great prices and great staff! Thank you guys for making it a great stay!

We were looking for a bingo hall where our 15 year old son was allowed to play at. Surprisingly this is the only one in the area! The staff are super friendly, it seems like a lot of the players are regulars and know each other. Great family environm
As someone who has lived in Thailand amongst other countries as well as had a previous 12 year career in food, this place is now in my top 3 thai restaurants in Washington. The boat noodle soup blew me away.
Great playfields and a nice size parking lot. Conveniently located on a main road. Signage is a little lacking and I always thought it was connected to the church next door.
