Studio 6 Little Rock, AR - West - Extended stay hotel in Little Rock - 10524 W Markham St, USA

I just came here for two nights for the Arkansas comic con through the 6th and through the 8th of September of 2024 rooms were dirty got moved to another room after the ac made a puddle of water in the room and room smelled of smoke even though we had a non smoke room and room service was horrible this place needs shut down ASAP! And the floors in the hall that lead towards the rooms were all dirty and had stains in the carpet shut it down ASAP please it's health hazard and they let people act a fool and do what ever they want to here and don't care and the in ground pool is filled up with sand horrible place never will stay in a motel 6 again thanks to this two night horrible stay and also some guy was arguing with his woman in the parking lot and actually fighting her and he was knocking on are door at 2:30 3 am we think he drunk and did not know his room and we slamming his door and running around also in the hall cussing loud pleas shut down immediately. 0.0 review I give this place below is the picture of in ground pool and rain gutters all over the ground from the building.

The front staff was not the friendliest. The room smelled mildly of smoke. The TV remote did not particularly work. The room was clean. There is a lot of highway noise if that bothers you. The price can't be beat. If you are interested in quality, this is not for you but if you want to save money in a relatively nice place, this is your place

The gentleman at the desk was very nice. However, the rooms were atrocious. I thought I'd seen bad, but this was the worst. It was very dirty and in horrible disrepair. Curtains were ripped. Surfaces not wiped clean in quite some time. Just too much to list. (See photos.)There were lots of people hanging out in the parking lot making a lot of noise. Did not give an impression of safety. I felt sorry for the staff.

Cockroaches were seen when we first entered the room. We did not stay nor did I let my husband bring up our bags. Just one roach in your bag can multiply in your home. This place needs to be shut down until they fix the problem

Stayed in a room on the bottom floor.....a paid for room with a king bed. It was supposed to be non-smoking, that didn't happen. Then we spent half the night up with music BOOMING from cars, and a random stranger knocking on our door at 3 am. We were moved......to the room RIGHT ABOVE the previous room where we didn't feel safe. It was full of roaches. So we were moved next door. 6 did nothing in regards to guest services. We spent 40 minutes on the phone with them, were told to talk to the property manager, who wasn't there. This place is a garbage dump. It's hygiene and room standards would easily rank it the same star I gave it. If you would like cigarette burn in your comforter, by all means.

If we could give this motel a negative rating, we would. So dirty. Dried blood on sheets. Stains on EVERY SINGLE WALL! Broken glass all over parking lot. Drug deals going on in clear view. Police told us they wouldn't be caught dead at this place. It's so bad, they have an armed guard that works there at night. Stabbings, shootings, overdoses, homicides...all at the location!

I wish I could give this hotel negative stars . The general manger is horrible with service and unwilling to help . The hotel is filthy and infested with roaches . There was room there were coming out the headboard . 85% of there rooms have roaches . I switched room 9x times before I was able to be a little comfortable and they’re unwilling to give a refund no mater how unpleasant you are . Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY

I didn’t enjoy my stay here because it was flat out dirty. That’s it! I didn’t even want to sit my luggage on the motel room floor. But, maybe it was my OCD? Side note: there were renovations being done to the main office. So, hopefully the owners include some of the rooms to that renovation list. eg. Bed sheets, towels, amenities, etc.
