Studio 6 Little Rock, AR South - Extended stay hotel in Little Rock - 7501 I-30 Frontage Rd, USA

The studio room was very nice and professionally dine with great reading light and big tv. I would stay here again. It is reasonably priced also. Many Motel 6 don’t give the choice of two styles of room but I would recommend the studio is you never stayed in one also because it has coffee and a small kitchen if you wanted to grocery shop and use the refrigerator

My stay was great and the front desk agents were great, courteous and helpful. I only had 2 issues... 1. Housekeeping did not clean my bathtub during my 1 week stay but 1 time. And I did advise the front desk that I needed full service. I came back to my room on Wednesday and Thursday nights and my tub was left dirty from both days. I had to clean it myself. 2. There are little black bugs that come from around the toilet. They look like centipedes. I'm sure a proper pest control company will resolve along with better Housekeeping habits as well. I cleaned up before I left the room and put all trash in the trash cans. I will return as long as the owners improve on the Housekeeping and pest control.

Based on the price it is 4 stars it's pretty good, $65. But the hallway did smell like smoke despite the no smoking sign, haha. The room was somewhat renovated recently. So it was clean. But I was disappointed by how different this kitchenette was than the Studio 6 we stayed at a week ago in Louisiana. The other one had a stove top/range, utensils, dishes, table with chairs, and pots and pans. This one has 1 chair at the table. It did not have a stove top or dishes, utensils. It had a large fridge and a toaster. Overall good. Too much light came in under the 1inch crack under the door. Very bright in room at night.

We stayed here for a week , August 3 -9. It was very clean and quiet. Parking lots was well lit and clean. The staff were all wonderful. Very pleasant stay. Will stay there again. We travel through there often. Excellent rooms.

Not bad at all especially for the price. The room was super clean and updated. Check in was easy. I’m sure there’s better areas in Little Rock but I felt safe. I’ve paid more money for much worse.

Overall, Motel 6 Studio 6 exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a great location made for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Motel 6 Studio 6 to anyone looking for quality lodging at an affordable price. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

This place was nice and clean! The room was huge! The front desk staff were friendly & the prices were great. I was nervous choosing a motel as a night’s stay but I was pleasantly surprised and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. I would stay here again if my budget was tight and I needed a quick place to crash!

The location was ideal, with convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Despite being close to everything, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless throughout my stay.
