Studio 6 Lenexa, KS - Overland Park - Extended stay hotel in Lenexa - 15151 W 101st Terrace, USA

Needed a place to stay during our drive from Florida to Colorado and found this studio 6. Very clean, beds are comfortable, and location safe. Our only complain is the guy that worked the desk overnight on Saturday, 07/27. Omgee get him another position where he doesn't have to deal with people or something please because front desk isn't it. When I walked up and greeted him he just stared at me. The whole time he's checking me in it's as if he's mute. I had to keep asking, "what's this charge for?" Etc.. then he hands me the key and no explanation or anything- again had to ask him, "which was is our room?" My bf had the same experience with him- he asked him about parking and he just stared at him. I don't know what he's on or he's just flat out rude but he doesn't need to be the one watching the desk. His attitude brings down the value of this place, even though it is a motel 6, but still.

Bullet hole in the elevator door to welcome you. Side doors do not close properly, so they just stay open for anyone to enter, no key card necessary. Checked in for 6 days and were told that we needed to pick a day for housekeeping so we did, for the middle of our stay. Housekeeping still came by the day before check out and rearranged our things to clean the room. When I asked the front desk why they came again on a different day, staff was very rude and said because we were on the schedule for both days and they wanted to clean their property. At night, there were two groups of men that would sit in the parking lot and drink outside of their vehicles. The last night we were there, police showed up more than once, with a couple surrounding the vehicle parked next to mine and flashing their lights in my face while I was in my car. I would not recommend this place. Definitely spend the money to book at a different location for safety.

Nice and clean, the beds were nice. The only thing is that when I booked online, they should have told me about the $100 deposit they ask for when u arrive beforehand.

Absolutely loved our stay! Very clean, and the staff were quite friendly. This was our first time staying in a Studio 6. We visit the area once a year for a conference, and now we have our go-to hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!

With neighbor hood still power out from the storm, we need a place to stay for the night. The room we had was nice. The staff who checked us in and out are nice.

Honestly The longer you stay the more they raise your rate. If you struggle at any point paying the manager ninette won’t even work with you. I’ve been here 3 years and i asked to pay on a Tuesday when I get paid and she said “this is a business” she wouldn’t even work with me and I’ve been here 3 years. They keep making me pay more and more and keep raising my rate. They don’t give back to the community nor to their customers. No coupons no breaks for their customers who have invested tens of thousands of dollars. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with their prices. I have invested 3 years here and they have treated me poorly financially.

Positive: Dogs allowed Negative: The manager is one of the rudest, nastiest people I have ever encountered in my 33 years of living and should not be allowed to run that place at all.
